If you are looking for a real estate attorney, i would highly recommend Brian. We used his service for our Condo closing. His knowledge in real estate is above and beyond. Brian is the definition of what is wrong with the real estate industry. Whether it is being slimy or simply lazy, not living up to your end of a deal is a major reason for people walking away with a bad taste for these experiences. Incredibly bad business.

I had a phenomenal experience with Gauthier family law. Mr. Gauthier handled my revision of a joint parenting agreement.
