I have truly enjoyed working with Bob and Donna. Have been using their services since 2015 on multiple investment properties. They are quick and responsive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them to all 1st time buyers!!!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any business. I hired Robert Lake back in 2015 when I purchased a condo. He was the only attorney that my realtor recommended. I was unsatisfied back in 2015 and ended up getting a refund on the amount I paid Robert for his services. Fast forward to 2020 when I go to sell that condo using the same realtor. My realtor asked if I wanted to use the same attorney. I was very clear that I did not. My realtor said he had another attorney he could recommend but somehow Robert Lake was used again. I wish I had pushed harder for another attorney because the whole process has been nothing short of a nightmare. I didn't even speak to Robert once the entire process, everything was handled, if you can call it that, by his assistant, Donna. What a headache. Back and forth for weeks and nothing got accomplished. I paid over $45 to overnight paperwork and the closing didn't happen until 17 days after that. Donna specifically told me she was going to handle something before the closing and then I wasn't even told the closing happened until I get a text message from my realtor. Now I'm trying to handle the loose ends and she claims they don't represent me anymore since the closing is over. What a joke.

Michael did exactly what he said he would. One ticket reduced and one dismissed! No court appearance was required. I am very pleased and highly recommend the O'Donnell law firm. Thank you!

I had a speeding ticket, I hired Ingrid Nierman to represent me. She was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She made it to where I didn't need to show up for my court date. She made the entire process much easier and relaxing.

I had a case opened back in the summer which is over now. When reflecting back about it, O'Donnell Law made all the difference. I didn't have to worry about a thing - well when I did, they were there and always returned my call/email.
