I would recommend Nierman law office any time , good service

Mike’s management of a traffic citation I received was very impressive. He has intimate knowledge of how the court process works and managed my expectations on what to expect. He was very patient and persistent which was necessary due to COVID delays. His fee seemed very reasonable compared to the time he devoted to my matter. I would hire him again.

I was given a ticket for speeding in a construction zone. A few days after my ticket I recieved a letter from Nierman Law office, LTD. I call them on september 1 at 1:17 p.m. All I wanted to know is how much would it cost for a court appearance for my court date. I was told by the secretary that Ingrid was currently at court and will call me later. Sure, no problem. A week has gone by and guess what no phone call. I am glad that I did not give my business to this law firm. I went to my lawyer and within 5 minutes all my questions were answer. Nierman Law Office, LTD - does not return phone calls, un-professional O' Donnel Law LTD - traffic cases including all court appearances start at $250. Sexner and Associates Attorney at Law - I did get a call back from them which is nice but I went with my lawyer. My lawyer cheaper than O' Donnel Law LTD.

Ingrid Nierman was very professional when we spoke on the phone about my case. She help me walk through the steps of my case and was very attentive to listen while I was describing the details of my situation as we were doing that she took consideration and helped me reflect on the decisions I made. She kept me well informed as she attended the court case on my behalf. I was very satisfied with the results. And would’ve love to thank her myself in person. She was very thoughtful, respectful, friendly and very compassionate.

Ingrid Nierman was phenomenal! She was able to get my class B misdemeanor dropped down to a petty speeding ticket & get me 3 months court supervision. She was very polite and so informative over the phone during my initial consultation as well as in the court room. She explained all my options & went in depth as far as other courses of action that we could also take. To top it off, she was able to get $50 taken off my court fines and fees!! A++ in my books. Thanks again!

Mrs. Nierman represented me when I received a ticket earlier this year. She was quick to return my calls and answered all of my questions in easy-to-understand terms. In the end, she was able to have my charge amended, and I did not even need to appear in court! I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.

Mr O’Donnell called me because he was representing a man who hit my car and fled, he called to get information on what I paid and the damage of my car with false promises that his client would pay for my deductible, this was in January and have not received anything from this man. I find it to be very unprofessional that a lawyer would call me for information he could have contacted my insurance for. Very inconvenient and sneaky. Beware of this office.

Used Robert and Gina for the sale of my condominium and purchase of our new home and we couldn't be happier! Very responsive and they always have your best interest in mind. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell their home! Update 5/2023 Needed some help with our homeowner exception so I reached out to Robert to see if he could help answer a few questions. He responded within the hour and actually contacted the assessors office on my behalf to get things resolved. He was a great help and is always very quick to reply! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Highly recommended, Mr. O'Donnell made my whole case process a breeze, always kept me updated and explained what was going on with my case, any questions or concerns were always answered fully with information and detail, best of all he beat my case and personally changed my life, this dui case could've been an impact to me at this age and I couldn't be happier w the outcome, reasonably priced with the option of payment plans, very satisfied with the work of everyone who assisted me throughout the whole process. thankful and blessed for their work.
