Mrs.Nierman is very knowledgeale and honest about different types of outcomes of court cases. I was charged with failure to yield to avoiding an accident and with her past experience and knowledge, she was able to obtain all information and evidence in a timely matter to represent me. I hired Mr. O'Donnell for a situation that I got caught up on in November of 2017 that consisted of leaving the scene of an accident to also include being charged with hitting a parked vehicle (officially a stop sign). At the time I was a federal employee so it was crucial that this case was handled by a professional that knew how this could possibly damage my reputation holding a government clearance. I ended up paying for the damage to the stop sign and the PA dropped the charges.

Very knowledgeable and honest. Attorney O'Donnell and his staff is patient and will carefully follow through on your case.
My vehicle was returned to me for driving only a suspended Driver's license. As my attorney he properly guided me through the step of recovering my car.

I highly recommend the Law Office of O’’Donnell and Nierman. I received an excessive speeding violation with a CDL. They explained extensively all my options over a free phone consultation. They were able to keep my drivers license free of any moving violations with only a minimal fine without ever having to appear in court. If you have any traffic violation and do not hire this lawfirm, you’re doing yourself an injustice!!
