This company is unprofessional and rude. I spoke to Maria Santos who kept me on the phone for over an hour taking information. I was very clear on what services I needed. She stated they would do the intake and then transfer me when they did attorney named James ( rude unprofessional a******) picked up and proceeded to say they don't provide the service I needed. I started to explain to him I was on the phone with Maria for over an hour and she even put me on an almost 10 min hold to verify the company could provide the service I needed. Before I could finish he interrupted raised his voice yelling saying he finds that hard to believe and disconnected the call. Horrible customer service!!!!

I spoke with Mr Donovan Kennedy. He was a very PROFESSIONAL man that knew his job very well as well as showed concern for my unfortunate situation. Very pleased with his help on finding an Attorney to discuss my situation with.

I have been helped in every way possible, there's an amazing team of employees making sure you understand everything, and they for sure do their job!
