Edit: no this isn’t a fake account , it’s a business account that’s already been verified, so nice try and a waste of time of trying to report it lol . I still stand with my review and it’s facts . Hope this scam of a business gets closed down soon . They put people’s information out in low rating reviews and fabricate their stories and actual encounters with clients so they can make the client seem in the wrong and say the former clients “bully” them . Should’ve did a thorough review on them before starting my process with them cause there’s thousands of low ratings on this company and that’s not including just google . Go on TikTok, Reddit etc it’s not good . The person who reply to these low ratings is entirely unprofessional and uneducated and has a victim mentality to make their “law firm” seem legitimate. Please do your research on them, they do half and low effort in if not all of their cases ; again based off reviews. If they actually knew the law they would know that they couldn’t put half the information they put in reply’s publicly .

4 months into sending documents and they continue to lose them or say the weren’t received. Case has been passed onto 3 different people so I’ve sent the same documents 3/7 times total. The we’re dead wrong on the “means” test so they lied to me. Paid 1950 was told I’m getting 338 back for filing fees yet nothing at all has been filed!!!! Common scam artists! Consult your local attorney before using this group and you’ll get much better results. Attorney grievance commission is being contacted because there fraudulent activity Maybe read the full statement before replying. Clearly states 3/7 times I sent the same documents meaning much like your presorted damage control reply you don’t pay attention. All documents were uploaded multiple times multiple ways with multiple people being cc’d when they were sent. You asked for more time yet again so I would work with a 5th person…. Nah I’ll pass!! I requested proof your illegitimate filing in which you couldn’t produce but that’s no surprise.

SCAMMERS , they tell you that they don’t start the filing process until you have everything paid in full but want to charge you $350 for “consumer protection services” that wasn’t started to begin with especially being that I cancelled my contract a few days after I started it . I called Nate politely to figure out why I was being charged and he ended up hanging up on me . Entirely unprofessional being that I wasn’t getting loud with him nor cussing or being rude . Save your time with them 7/25/24 Edit: they’ve replied to my review exactly how I expected them to , I haven’t spoken to John since last month and we actually had a very cordial conversation and he helped me the most . So you’re a liar whoever wrote the reply , secondly I never cussed with ANYONE and I recorded the call myself so I definitely want to hear these so call “recorded calls” you have of me cussing and yelling cause again yall are LYING. Secondly Nate never said anything about calling me back nor any of that , he straight up hung up on me . You’re fabricating your reply and it’s honestly very sad to see because y’all are trying to cover your tracks by adding nonsense and putting peoples personal business in every low rating review . And that’s actually something I can take whomever replied to court for . Ever heard of defamation of character? I advise you to research that and edit your reply .
