Nova was extremely unprofessional. Regardless of phone calls, emails, and contacting customer service Nova would never respond. One of the court dates she did not attend (did not tell me she was going to miss it) as she was flying somewhere. When reaching out to the company for assistance they advised that they did what they were paid to do. Do not recommend as the Attorny had poor communication with myself and the courts along with missing meetings. The company in turn passed blame on the client and stated the Attorny did what they were hired to do. Very poor customer service. As I cannot respond to the original reply from the company. Yes the second Attorny I got was somewhat helpful. Please read my review NOVA was awful and did not attend court hearings or respond to any communication. I have mot mentioned the other Attorny at all. I am speaking of the Attorny NOVA that the company keeps defending stating that she did her job. The fact that the company keeps defending such an unprofessional employee and blaming the client is another red flag and a reason to stay clear of utilizing this company for any legal help.
