Unprofessional company.... Poor service... Zero communication... If you request paper work you won't get it... It seems you always owe same amount of money... Two years later you might find out you "owe" more money....

My boyfriend received a notice of claim under a name that has not lived at his address for almost a year now via a letter rubber band wrapped around his front door knob ( he purchased the house ) , I attempted to contact the courts to let them know with no answer so I contacted komyatte & casbon. The receptionist let me get two words in before interrupting me very rudely saying she knew who to put me through to without letting me explain so I wouldn't "have to explain myself twice" she put me through to the wrong person anyways so I had to explain myself twice anyways.

Never heard of these guys before today when I just so happened to do my annual free credit report check. My address has been the same for years but supposedly I owe $117 from Community Hospital yet the billing department there says I owe nothing and have had no past outstanding debts. Before you let these scammers scam you please do your research and get them to put everything in writing.

Extremely rude on the phone. All I wanted was an itemize bill to make sure I can see what I owe and everything. They were extremely rude and disgusting. We are all human you can still act like an adult and provide good customer service.
