Make my payment quick and easy

Crystal is the best!!

Beware, even after your debt is paid they still take out of check, family member, has tried to get them to stop, but they say they will, but been over a month and still taking, even after calls after calls ,can't even buy her family xmas, these are some sad business people, bottom of the barrel, pretty bad reviews, i wouldn't use them people, to to all complainers turn into bbb, and the board, they shouldn't be in practice.

Called to get an itemized report of something I paid & explained to them exactly what I needed. The lady on the phone understood me & said she could definitely mail that out to me. Over a week later I got the mail from them, opened it & it wasn’t what they said they were sending. It was the wrong thing. My HSA account is on hold til we get the right thing from them & this isn’t the first time they’ve given us the incorrect paperwork. I will be going in there on a weekday when I can around my work schedule to get exactly what I need because I’m sick of how long & incorrect this process has been.

We understand it's a "business" / also keep in mind not to judge a book by it's cover. From the first call, from front office down the line, very demeaning, unwilling to help, etc. The power is there hand, the laugh at these reviews.

They are not willing to work with you on paying a hospital bill, that was being paid and shouldn’t have been sent. Shame on you Porter hospital and most of all this lousy attorney office.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Worst place in the world. The people there are SOOOOOOO RUDE! They all have attitude problems. I have been paying on a bill from there for over 4 years and because I missed a few payments because I was going through a freaking DIVORCE they want to change my payments to more than 3 times the amount a month I was paying or garnish my checks. I am a single mom on three. Karma will for sure come for you guys! And Crystal is the rudest person there is. I hope you can sleep at night.

I was actually dreading the call, especially with the reviews I read about Lisa. Well, as fate would have it, when I did call, I did get Lisa but for me, it was surprisingly, a pleasant experience. First, I have several accounts totaling a little over 8k and the first lawsuit had been filed. I knew I didn't have that type of money but did have 2k. I asked her what could be done to stop the lawsuit which ultimately would have resulted in a garnishment. We came up with a plan where I paid off the smaller bills that were due to be filed and put a down payment on the larger combined bills, and entered into a payment plan that works for me for the balance. I think what people may find off-putting about Lisa is that she is very direct. I understood when I called that she works for the creditor and is paid to do what is in their best interest. However, she was willing to work with me which I do appreciate.

Called to make a payment, they said they had my info but not the specifics. Transferred me to 4 different people only to tell me to call back in a week to try and make a payment again.

Always willing to help you! Even though they want your money lol
