my checks were garnished for over a year and my balance has never gone down. now that i am unemployed recently the bill is somehow larger than it was a year ago. Im starting to feel this is a scam since they cant explain why my balance is suddenly larger and ive had no other medical bills due since this ONE. ( i now have medical insurance) i dont feel like this is right at all and i dont know who to contact about this issue after trying to reason with the unpleasant people at this office who cant explain anything to me.

These collectors are clueless. I only knew about the collection AFTER getting denied a credit card and seeing the collection on my credit report. Apparently there was a medical bill in my name, but it was through my parents' insurance. Yet they never got in contact with ME even though it was on MY credit report, instead they contacted my parents. Why would you people negotiate payment plans with a party that isn't tied to the bill? No matter, the credit bureaus were on my side and cleaned up the mess.

These people are rude, uninformed and unfair and only out to rob you to better there business... Stay away from them they are the worst kind of lawyers you can come across...absolutely c.f. orrupt

I have been in collections for a while due to severe medical issues, but now that I am working to pay off my bills I have found the staff to be as friendly as one could expect! I look forward to no longer dealing with them, but I will miss my pleasant conversation with the girls! Thank you for working with me and wishing me the best in my endeavors in getting my credit back in order!

Lisa is very rude and unprofessional. She refuses to listen and speaks over you. This is the worst kind of medical bill collector ever. They would rather destroy your credit by entering judgements than negotiate for anything other than entire principle balances. It doesn't even matter if you're fighting brain cancer, as I am, and that's the reason for outrageous bills. It's not like I am not trying to pay the bills. I'm just asking for a small percentage of a break because my emergency bill occured during a short lapse in insurance coverage. Lisa refuses to listen as I try to explain. Only after talking to her supervisor was I able to find out I just needed to send in supporting documentation. Lisa needs to understand that not everyone is a deadbeat. Some people really are sincere but just need a different honest plan to pay unforseen outrageous medical debt. She should start with actually listening and providing a positive workable solution that doesn't destroy people's credit.

I was very pleased to discover that this company really worked with me to help me pay off my debt in an affordable yet timely manner. Shea was always pleasant, helpful and understanding. :-)

This is a horrible company. It is a bill collector/law firm. they are very unwilling to work with anyone !
