We used Attorney Zach Phillips months ago to draft some legal paperwork and he never did it. When we called to find out about the delay, he had left that firm to start this firm. I would not recommend using him. [Update] Obviously you can't find a record of us. That's why the work was never done. We still have a copy of the contract with Zach so there's no confusion on our end.
