Zach was my lawyer a few months ago when he worked at law office of Melissa Winkler-York and he held all my evidence I had in my divorce and custody case and caused me of losing temporarily custody of my kids to my kids father who is a drug addict and never communicated. Ended up dropping him as my lawyer and it was the best decision, I would not recommend hiring his firm

Brooke does not have your best interest at heart. Had a case that went continued for 2.5 years, waited till the last minute to prepare, no communication. Surprisingly, I lost. More could’ve been done and more care could’ve been shown.

I had the displeasure of working with Zach Phillips. He was rude. He didn't listen to me or my situation. I had trouble getting him to answer my calls and emails and he wasn't prepared for court. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Brooke has been my family law attorney for several years and my case is not easy by any means. She is very easy to get along with, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and just in general an amazing person and lawyer. I’m really glad to see her success in leaving big firms and starting her own.
