Brooke is absolutely amazing! She has done so much for my case already, more than I could imagine - she is exactly the person you want to represent you!

I had Brooke Bernhardt as my attorney and it was the absolute worst representation (if you can call it that). She missed a court date and didn’t tell me, wouldn’t email me or get in contact with me except to ask for more money. I wasted my whole retainer on an attorney who was more worried about her social life than she was about my case.

This firm is amazing. Brooke got me back to my child after 25 months, and she fought as if she could feel what I felt. I was given the recommendation to hire here, and I am writing this review to continue passing the recommendation on.

BEWARE......She did absolutely nothing to represent me and gave me no guidance on options I had especially to protect myself from being the victim I was during my divorce she absolutely destroyed my future I would've done so much better representing myself

Brooke was excellent! She helped me get custody of my daughter in a difficult situation. I tried another attorney before her and things didn’t work out. So I hired Brooke and it was the best decision I made. She was very involved from the start. Easy to communicate with. Helped me always understand what was happening. Professional and prepared in court. Overall, just showed compassion for my situation. I would highly recommend Bernhardt Phillips, LLP.

No issue with the firm. Had a bad experience with Zach Phillips prior to him going to this firm. In my opinion he was unprofessional in the way he treated my fiances child support issue's. I felt he was not prepared for court appearances with facts. We did everything Zach instructed us to do. Zach insinuated my fiance was $5000 in arrears of child support because the opposing council said he was, he did not have facts for the accusation. A phone call the next day to child support office confirmed the truth that we told him, he was current and up to date on everything. We spent a lot of money that we didn't have on Zach. It was a horrible experience from day one.
