If I could rate Amber Boyd's service or lack there of a zero I would. Amber does not return phone calls, her staff is incompetent, and the list goes on. I paid Amber $1,000 as a retainer fee only for her to turn around and tell me she's not comfortable taking my case. I've requested a refund multiple times but Amber is playing the dodging game. Do NOT hire this thief who will take your money for promises but no action. Pathetic!

Excellent attorney and mediator. Works with both parties effectively to resolve complex disputes.

Great Service

I was apprehensive to contact an attorney at law due to the concerns of what would come of it, howbeit, I can confidently say that after my interaction with this firm; such was easily laid to rest. For me it was difficult to find a location to give the time of day to lend an ear let alone do so in a way that wouldn't require an out-of-pocket payment for something that could potentially not be helped. Mrs. Boyd's team was incredibly attentive throughout my consult despite my occasional struggles to articulate things. Her team was patient, informative and when it was all said and done, she was kindly honest with her intuition for how she felt the case would go. I cannot express how much I respect her for her unwillingness to take someone's money lest she had a pretty large chance of ensuring she was able to have an honest chance at winning their case. There aren't many attorneys that have that kind of decency. Most are content with simply collecting from someone's misfortunes. At least during my search. Though I was unable to personally secure a case, it was nice to be allowed to speak of what took place without judgment. I was made to feel as though I possessed more worth when it came to being an employee in a 27-minute call with Mrs. Boyd than what I did in the two years I gave to a multi-million-dollar company. I absolutely encourage anyone wary of this office's services to give them a chance.

The Amber Boyd team did a good job assessing my case. They were honest and told me what I should have done and did not do. I appreciate their honesty and them not taking my money. I only had a consultation and they helped me a lot. Provided good information to help me in the future.
