Very knowledgeable with the law

Scheduled a consult on Mon at 5:30 p.m. with someone named Terris to discuss my mother's current workplace harassment case. He called my mother at Mon 2:00 (I was still at work) and he told her, "I don't want to waste your free consult so let's do it tomorrow at 5:30. The original meeting hadn't even passed yet... Pretty inconsiderate of someone else's time. Update: After reading the previous review, Ms. Boyd called my mother and I to apologized for the schedule issue and asked if we would still like to discuss the case. Ms. Boyd was polite, knowledgeable, professional and answered every question we had. After meeting with Ms. Boyd, I felt she really listened and cared about my mothers case. I would feel confident having Ms. Boyd represent my mother knowing that she really does care about each of her clients.

Very nice at start.But she did not look at my case in time because she let the othe partyfile before she look at my case.! A lawyer should not accept representation in a matter unless it can be performed promptly, without improper conflict of interest and to completion. Ordinarily,a representation in a matter is completed when they agree upon concluded. See rules 1.2(c) and 6.5 . I'm hoping my 1000.00 is in the mail
