Staff is incompetent and unable to answer questions. They want you to pay $150 blindly for a 30-minute consultation without the ability or reassurance on simple everyday client questions. Martina explained that this is how they do business and was unsure of their own payment methods once a case is awarded. When asked whether she could find the answer to these questions prior to paying the $150, I was denied. Coming from a lot of experience with attorneys, the paralegals are the ones who do most, if not all the work. Can't imagine this staff is fit to take on any cases.
