This company has no strategic plan, doesn't understand what it means to have both customer and employee relations, will hire their friends for positions in which they are not suitable for, have employees that are not knowledgeable of hiring practices l, and most of all this company lacks any kind of ethics

Came up here for the open interviews made it right before two when I made office nobody was at the front desk I ranged the bell waited 10 ranged it again and a woman finally came and I told her this was my second time pressing and she gone tell me I only did it once cause would’ve heard it in the back you obviously didn’t if I had to push it twice then had me wait another three minutes to be told I can’t get an interview when they’re the ones that had me waiting for 15 minutes while they were having a conversation in the back

I had the misfortune of working for this company and I will tell you it is the worst company I have ever worked for. Communication is nearly non existent and they discriminate against employees as well as potential employees. “I make a dollar, you make a dime” is what this company boils down to. They will hire the worst possible employees and expect everything to run smoothly. They don’t care if you end up working 24hrs straight so long as they are making their profit off you. I highly suggest people to look elsewhere for employment unless you enjoy being treated like a dog and expect an early grave.

They didn't pick up the phone. Checked business hours, called again, and still no answer. This security company doesn't seem reliable

I have been with allied two years and was promoted to shift supervisor and now been promoted to site supervisor!

Made an appointment 1 week out for help with our mortgage. To be told when I called in for an appointment. That they don't handle anymore, really screwed me. Don't bother wasting your time with these people. They don't respect yours.

Hr will not answer the phone at this location and if you get ahold of another department they are very rude with you. Never been treated so poorly and unprofessional by an employer. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.
