It's good communication could use some work

I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone they leave you on hold all day very rude staff

I've just watched the Man at the desk deny 2 African American/Nigerian people, because they claimed that they didn't have A translator. They were speaking English just fine to everyone else. We all kept our comments to ourselves & didn't say anything. The gentleman at the desk had made them go all the way back home today & told them that they had to come back again tomorrow. That wasn't right. I've filled out multiple paperwork prior to coming & another online form as I was coming in today for them to tell me that I have to work 5 days straight & then 2 days off & then to say, after I had stated that I couldn't work weekends depending on the time & shifts. Just for the guy to say: "Oh you're not eligible for rehire & we don't have an explanation as to why, & there's not anything that I can do". That's after I had already agreed to the schedule, we just had to find the site right after. I've wasted sleep, time, and bus fare. I had walked to this interview today, because my car starter just recently went out over the weekend. They could've told me everything over the phone prior to coming in. Also, the lady & the man at the desk will talk to you as if you don't know anything. I'm respectful, Yet I'm sturn & I'm not dumb. Thank you! The receptionist had gotten smart with me about the QR code/Camera. She tried to tell me, "That you can't just go to your camera & it comes up if you have an Android. Only Iphone users can do that. No one has ever been able to do that before". I had notified her, "That, Yes Ma'am you can, & it definitely does work, because I do it all of the time. Thank you.

**DO NOT WORK FOR THEM** The recruiter Marcie Kress cannot make up her mind about she wants to hire. I've heard the company also messes up the work hours and shortens checks.

The worst group of people I have ever had the chance to encounter their intial impression is innocent but don't let them deceive you they pulled a bait n switch on me when I applied did orientation and everything stayed 5-7hrs at the main office and I haven't gotten paid yet for it a month later nor have I worked since then. Tbh stay clear of the company as a whole if your a white male and learn what I could not that they are bigots in sheep clothing especially.

Tracy at the office steals your money , have you work at a site then forgets to pay you & when you let her know your paycheck short she’ll lie & play games for weeks saying she put a discrepancy order in , I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now . Courtney too they’re all the same & GOD forbid you work OT they’ll cut your check short then too & pay forever to pay what’s owed to you Had to file a wage claim to get my last paycheck

Worked for this company for 8 months and in the last last three months the company stole 58 hours of my time and money. The account manager laneda maxi basically told me it was my fault and did nothing to right the wrong. There is another associate by the name of Dennis McQueen who is probably the assistant account manager now who took over payroll but the only thing this man did was anything to make himself look good, this man is not a good person. If you are thinking about working here do your self a favor...... DON'T. I have a family and this company stole time and money from not only me but my family. The site I was at was ARCONIC and they refused to release the footage that show I worked the hours that were stolen from me to my lawyer so me and my family had no recourse. This company has a history of doing this to there employees. Do your research before filling out an application.
