Unprofessional.

I first started my security career with G4S but allied bought them out. I used to love my job until I was forced to move to another plant location further from my home and with half the amount of hours I always got at the other location. I was told it was a temporary move till they got someone else hired in....that was about 5 months ago. Then I learned about new employees being hired in at much better pay because Allied pays better than G4S but they did not compensate existing employees none at all when they bought G4S out which is totally unfair. I make the very same pay I started out at 2 years ago!!! They brag about promoting from within but in my 3 years there I have never once seen one person get promoted. Instead they hire supervisors and all higher positions straight off the street then hand them off to you to train the very same people they skipped over you for

Estate planning can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! I really enjoyed working with Syed & Little, they are a wealth of knowledge in this arena! I feel at ease knowing my family will be protected and kept out of the court system if I were to pass unexpectedly!

First day and it started out great but it's not well organized, security officer not in proper uniform. Doing their hair and make up on site instead of doing that type of stuff at home and be ready when you get here. The office space is a mess. This is not how security should be acting. I did security for 3 years as a supervisor and I know this stuff shouldn't be happening. The supervisor has no control over their officers. If allied let me be a supervisor right now I would turn this place that I'm station at. None of this stuff would be happening and they wouldn't be struggling to keep the contract

Do NOT WORK FOR THISS COMPANY I worked in Bloomington In and the supervisor Phil zAnklr And Officer Ward doesn't know how to do their jobs I guess that's why yo guys have a 3 point out of 5

What can I say about a company that truly doesn't care. I was injured, and have been out of work for two weeks so far. I have heard nothing from HR, they didn't give me any paperwork I needed until five days after the accident. And refuse to work with the hospital for workman's comp. It's left up to me to take care of my medical bills. And for being paid very little, it isn't worth the possible thousands of dollars for the surgery I may need. Absolutely terrible company to work for, please please avoid.

If there was a negative star system I would use that!!!!
