She also went above and beyond by spending time on the phone with me to give me legal advice about a car accident and explain those laws to me, which was completely unrelated to my case. Thank you, Susannah! My case was due to a car accident where I suffered a back injury. After many months of physical rehabilitation and years after the accident, the other insurance company barely wanted to cover my lost wages for one week’s worth of work. I was distraught and disheartened. I expressed to Susannah that I did not want to accept the offer for my years’ worth of pain from which I still suffer from. Susannah encouraged and supported me in standing up against the opposing attorneys even when it did not seem like they were going to budge at all.
