The vibes were not friendly or welcoming.

My case was in Tippecanoe County, a DUI I had fought from Illinois where I actually live. Susannah and her assistant had always answered or returned my call within a few hours, if not sooner. One thing I have to mention that made me feel so good about choosing her was that she knew so many people, it seemed like everyone, in the courthouse - by name. My probation officer even recognized her handwriting. She thoroughly explained the processes of my court date and how it would go a day before court to reassure and answer any questions. She even advised me on future expungement after the case. She always, always, always went the extra mile.

They were helpful. I had an accident with a car, while I was riding my bike with some broken bones and open cuts. Susannah was already ready to help, she explained clearly the situation and conducted the process according to the deal, even when I was out of the USA.

She tells you thr truth no matter ifs it not what you want to hear. She has your back and puts people in their place.

Ms. Hall-Justice is professional and works hard on her client's behalf. She saved me alot of extra court dates and arranged a favorable outcome in my case. Whnever I called either her or her staff answered promptly and offered their time and advice she always remembered my name and case details without needing a reminder something I believe is sorely lacking in most if not all other offices and professional environments.
