Attorney Claussen helped me win guardianship of my stepfather. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place with my case. My case was very messy and complicated. He’s very professional and good at what he does Any questions I had he was very responsive. He was good at keeping my emotions in check. If there was something I wanted done and it wasn’t a good idea , he was quick to tell me. He wasn’t worried about just telling me what I wanted to hear. He rocked it in the courtroom. I was false accused of a high felony charge. I had trouble finding someone that would hear me out and take it serious that I didn’t do the crime till I spoke to him. They don't give a reason why they won't help, if you ask they will say they are not allowed to answer if they refuse and they act wierd about things and when you try to get ahold of one of them you speak to someone other than the lawyer you are trying to get ahold of and that even makes things more complicated especially when stuff is supposed to be confidential. I never been to the place I only called them and I didn't even get a chance to speak the lawyer.

Highly recommend. I contacted John on behalf of my adult daughter and had explained what she needed. He knew what needed to be done and filed the paperwork the next day. The judge signed it the next week. Quick and easy and I couldn’t be happier with his handling of this issue.
