I would highly recommend John for any custody/family case needs. From the start John was very easy to talk and explain my situation too. He was great about keeping me in the loop and updating me on anything that was happening with the case. I believe he really cares about his clients and takes the time to genuinely understand them and their wants. He was upfront and honest about what the outcome may be or what could happen in the end, he never gave me false hope or promises.

My only fault was not listening to John from the very beginning when I was hesitant to do what I needed to. He is very knowledgeable and tried to help me get more than I was asking for. Don't hesitate to reach out to his office because he and June were great to work with. They were always ready to help during my difficult divorce process.

I would very much recommend John to anyone that needs an attorney for divorce or child custody issues! I’ve had experience with other attorneys who didn’t seem to care what I wanted or needed and I felt like they were on my ex’s side! My last attorney didn’t care about the well-being of my children. He overlooked things that were very important factors in my case because he didn’t take the time to be thorough. Not John! He goes above and beyond and has supported me 100%. I can tell he actually cares. He’s very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I feel confident having him as an attorney and highly recommended him to anyone that needs help!

I hired Mr. Daley to represent me in a case, the initial consultation made me feel comfortable enough to do so, after paying Mr Daley to represent me, he immediately became unavailable, every time I’ve tried to reach out to him I’ve been unsuccessful, He never returned any phone calls , in fact he has never even met with me in person, I didn’t feel that Mr. Daley would win my case, so I asked him remove himsellf as well as refund my money ,,,,,still no response, this is not the type of representation that you expect from an attorney that’s on your side, I’ve even driven to his office several times to try to meet with him. . No one is even available in the office to speak with you ..he did not communicate well at all pertaining to the case

John listened to my concerns and genuinely cared for what I had to say. He tried his very best to insure the most wanted and best outcome of my court case (custody and child support). I’d highly recommend and if needed will be using him as representation again!

Great experience with John. I've used him a couple times. He is very formative on how things should play out. If i need a lawyer in the future i will continue to use him, and would recommend him if you need one.

I contacted Mr. Claussen about my case(college expenses and living expenses for my adult child)I was upfront with him and told him I already an attorney assigned to the case and had been using the same one for the past 13yrs. I informed Mr. Claussen I was not happy with my current attorney and current court order. I felt as though after dealing with my ex for 19 yrs and both my children having no contact with me I needed someone who would fight for me. I felt I was the only person compromising and that my old attorney wasn't looking out for my interest. I told Mr. Claussen what I wanted and that if an agreement couldn't be reached id like to go to court. Mr. Claussen stated he could help so I had the other attorney withdraw. Mr. Claussen met with and he was straight forward and honest as to what he thought about the case and what he could do. He was willing to go to court and fight for me. His fee was very reasonable compared to most attorney fees around the Terre Haute area. A week after retaining his services and him filing paperwork with the court I was very surprised when I received an email from him stating that I had gotten what I wanted and that an order would be written up and signed by the parties involved and the judge. I cannot thank him enough! He listens and has great knowledge of family law. I would recommend him if you're looking for someone who will fight for you!
