I will say, John is more then a 5 star lawyer. Most of the time, you get lawyers that just see you as a dollar sign but he takes the time to get to know his clients, and shows genuine care. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel confident and he takes the time to explain things if you don't understand it. We loved that he was so down to earth and laid out all of the options and let us decide what we wanted to do. I can tell you without a doubt I will hire him again in the future. I had the honor of being represented by Mr.Matthew Daley yesterday when I received a NOT GUILTY verdict on three felony charges. Matt is not just an attorney, but he becomes your friend. Not many lawyers hand out their personal number so that you can call whenever you need to but he does. He fought for me when I was facing a level 5 and 3 level sixes and the prosecutor was dead set on sending me to prison. Matt Daily has been a hired lawyer for me as well as a public defender. Even as a public defender, Matt treats you as if you are a paying client. He goes out of his way when he doesn't have too. Matt took time when he was off work to file paperwork for me at the courthouse, and he even messaged back if you text him. He really works for you!
