9 months ago, I reached out to Joseph at J.S. Fritzon Law to see if he would be able to help me litigate a case between an abusive employer and myself. He told me in the beginning it would not be a very big case however he would be happy to take the case based on the information that I provided. Over the next 9 months he was attentive to the case he was responsive to me and he treated me like a human being. In the end he got a decent settlement for me. Mr. Fritzson knows the law better than any person I have ever met. But it was his preparedness that truly won me over. He filed three motions before I even knew and I was back in the arms of my family. He called my mother 2x a day. He worked tirelessly on my behalf. And when all was said and done, he helped me win my appeal case and go home. I am choked up just thinking about how much he saved my family. Worked with Scott on an Allstate Ins. case concerning a house destroyed by fire. Scott was the consummate professional who was true to his word on everything he said. After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation.
I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife:
Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report.
He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. I was a part of a tenant’s association that needed to negotiate the sale of our apartment building, and Andrew was so effective at guiding us through the process. He was extremely responsive and transparent, and negotiated a contract that was more than satisfactory for all of the tenants in the association. We just received our final payment, and Andrew was the reason we were able to have a stress-free move out of our building. I've worked with a number of attorneys and professional service firms but, Andrew Kirtley sits right at the top. Mr. Miller came to us by way of recommendation from a public adjuster. Our case involved an insurance company that offered to settle our claim from damages resulting from a collapsed sewer line and subsequent flooding of 1/3 of our small home. Carpeting, base boards, sheetrock in 2 bedrooms, wall and floor tile, base boards, sheetrock, a shower and a tub in 2 separate bathrooms, all compromised by sewer water, brought an offer of $2000 to settle from the insurance company. We hired a public adjuster who helped us enormously and we got another $6000. Our adjuster said we now needed a really good attorney. He suggested we contact Gary L. Miller. We did and it was the best move we could have made. Mr. Miller gained 10's of thousands in settlement for us, and we are now restoring our home properly. Thank you Gary, for restoring our hope.

Jesse Guth was recommended to by another attorney. I didn't know what I needed. Jesse was informative. I was run over as a pedestrian, Jesse encouraged me to find treatment that suited me.
When I was discouraged and thought we should quit, Jesse heard me out. Then reiterated where we were in the process and what our goal was.
The insurance company was not working with us. Jesse prepared me for trail, I was confident, not fearful. Thankfully we didn't have to go to trial.
