I contacted the Albrecht Law with an enquiry regarding a recent auto accident in which I was involved. We Hired Nick to help us with an issue with the Solar company. Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. I refused to pay until the work was completed, but the contractor filed a mechanic's lein on my property. They dodged my contact attempts and seemed determined to take my home.

People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

I have never had to use a lawyer before for an automobile accident but I can honestly say Christian was the best person I could have asked for to represent my case. My wife and I were hit by another driver with the same insurance company. I did everything they asked and almost 2 years after my accident the insurance company still had not settled my claim.
I contacted Mayerson Law and Ben took over from there. He and his team quickly got up to speed on my claim, injury reports, possible medical liens, and started working for a resolution. It was an unusual claim with many moving pieces and injured people.

I had the pleasure of having Ben work two separate cases for me in which he was exceedingly successful in both.

A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver and really should have been killed. My car was airborne for over 40 feet, and rolled two and a half times. The drunk driver was driving on a suspended license, and had no insurance. When my insurance company offered to replace my car and pay for my medical expenses, I was in disbelief. A friend put me in touch with John Barr, and told me that he would see to it that I was treated well. I was. He flew to Lubbock to meet us, and when he learned all of the facts, he went to work. I can never thank him enough. He cares, he knows his field, and he was successful in obtaining the maximum my insurance company could offer. John Barr is one of the few who give a good name to those who practice law.

It has taken a long time, but I have learned that a fancy downtown office on a penthouse floor does not automatically equal a good lawyer. (Neither does a paid-for ad for "Best Lawyer".) In fact, all those trimmings may mean a lawyer who is adept at billing. I made a HUGE mistake in not calling John Barr immediately a few years ago when I needed an attorney STAT, a mistake I paid for dearly by losing a preliminary ruling. The minute he came on, the game changed, and for the better. I felt a confidence that the case was being taken care of without having to micro-manage. (I even slept better at night!) John is smart, caring, and the legal bulldog you want when you need one. He is the Marcus Welby MD of Dallas attorneys, as he cares about his clients, loves what he does, and never gives up. It's rare to find anything good to say these days about virtually anything, but we have found an exception in the legal work of Steven Swartz, Esq. of Carballo Law, P.A.!
We were in a position of having to put through a travel insurance claim for our elderly parents' 6-week trip abroad that had to be cancelled due to a medical condition. The trip had been booked for mid July 2020 and we filed the claim in the beginning of May. For nearly four months we were stonewalled by the insurance company, who remained completely unresponsive to our numerous communications and then ultimately denied our claim outright... twice! We finally called Steven based on a personal recommendation, and right from our initial phone consultation we knew we had the right guy. He quickly ascertained the legitimacy of our position within the policy criteria, digested all the steps we had taken thus far, and turned out a 100-page detailed response including evidence and on-point legal citations that was followed up by the filing of a bad faith grievance with the Florida DFS and ultimately resulted in the payment of our claim... all in a little over a month! We could never have achieved such a successful outcome without him!
But more than just securing our claim, Steven was a true pleasure to work with. I was in a wreck and not only was my husband injured, but my new Jeep was totaled. I was attacked and bitten by a vicious german shepard while at a friends house. I hired Evan Danno, who tracked down the owner of the dog and filed a claim with his homeowners insurance company. The personal injury and property insurance claim process, I discovered, is confoundingly complex and complicated. I drove a car for over 60 years. No accidents. A sunny morning in 2020 … BANG!! Rear ended on a highway. Car totaled—and I was off to the Emergency Room in an ambulance. Within a week after the accident, even though I was not at fault, I realized that I was still going to be involved in an arduous process. Seeking reimbursement? Tow Truck bills, the replacement car process, personal injury and health issues, medical bills, loss of income, etc. … all must be considered, collected, analyzed … then presented in a formal demand package to the other party’s insurance company. The documentation for a claim may run to hundreds of pages from multiple sources. As I said … it’s complicated!!!
My experience? Jim Farson knows how to get it done … and he and his team got it done!
