I cannot do justice to Craig and his staff in the limited space available. I have known Craig for 35 years. He has represented my wife and I in 2 separate instances over the years. In my circumstance, communication was very important and challenging. Due to a head injury, my wife suffers short-term memory issues. Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.
I would 100% use Scott Epperson again and would highly recommend using him!

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. It felt like he truly had my interests at heart and instead of acting like an attorney hired to represent me - he was resolutely on my side.
I hope I never have the occasion to need a malpractice attorney in the future but, heaven forbid, if so, the prospect is much less ominous now because I know Attorneys like Scott Epperson and his firm are there to help me through it.

Philip is wonderful! He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (by email, phone, and in person) and he actually listened. I'd had a consultation with another lawyer before I met Philip, and he I either didn't listen or chose to ignore some of my questions and concerns. Philip never rushed or talked down to me. He patiently answered all of my question (and I ask a lot of questions!), which allowed me to trust him and believe that he truly had my best interest at heart. He even offered to talk to my parents to alleviate any concerns they might have had (I'm well over 18, by the way; they were just being nervous parents). It's been a couple years since Philip settled my case, and anytime I hear anyone bemoaning their experience with a lawyer, I reflect on my experience with Philip and thank God that I found someone with such a good and patient heart. The fact that he settled my case for a significant amount was great, but even if it had been less, I would re-hire Philip again in a heartbeat; though of course, I hope to never require his services again.

I was referred to Patrick Laverty who provided some advice on how to respond to an insurance company where my claim was held up. I had been working on it since February 2022 (1 yr and 2 months). Within a week the insurance company paid out my claim in full. This was after only one conversation with Pat and he did not charge me! I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. Mr. Lesser was referred to me by a family friend who is also an attorney. Mr. Lesser saw me immediately, and his Associate Attorney Alicia Zweig met with me as well. Not only did Mr. Lesser call me often to check on my progress of getting well often, they made sure I got the medical care I needed. They constantly kept me in the loop, giving me details on their progress. I mostly spoke with an attorney. As a former paralegal of 20 years, I know that communications go through the attorney's paralegals. Every time I called the office I spoke with someone who had answers for me. I did speak with paralegal Christina, who was not only amazing and pleasant to speak with, but very knowledgeable of my case. I felt like family there. I never felt like a burden, which is so important. Finally, I received my settlement, after Gary and Alicia aggressively pursued the best settlement possible. I was informed how they would call the adjuster daily, sometimes several times a day. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this firm. After my wife was hit by a pickup truck while walking across the street, we were a bit overwhelmed. I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. But, with Laura's help we got an answer that seemed impossible, a ten year injunction. We got an answer that went beyond out expectations. I would recommend Laura for anyone. I am the general Partner of the purity Bakery Building Limited Partnership. Mr. Brendan Tupa, Attorney, was retained to assist in bringing an insurance claim to a settlement. An adjuster had failed to perform on this matter. Mr. Tupa brought legal action against the insurance company resulting in a substantial settlement. He further assisted me dealing with the non-performing insurance adjuster by modifying the fee agreement.
I subsequently retained Mr. Tupa to bring a suit against a railroad over a property issue. Two prior attorneys had begged off on pursuing litigation as a solution to this problem. I can state that within twenty four hours of Mr. Tupa’s service of a law suit, the matter was satisfactorily settled.
Subsequently Mr. Tupa’s office wrote a letter to Xcel Energy a dispute over a utility line location. Within days of this letter the problem was satisfactorily resolved.

Mr. Marinkovich and his team took my case on after my daughter was attacked by a dog.
