I was involved in a car accident and Mr Davis was assigned as my public defender for a reckless driving charge. He was professional, explained my options, kept me up to date, and put effort into my case. His quick wit helped the case get dismissed at the pretrial hearing. Since the resolution of my case in early March of this year I have been able to continue to make progress with my job, start saving up and get my life back on track. I am extremely thankful for being given a second chance and opportunity at life. The progress I’ve made is undoubtedly due to the advice, counsel, and legal support Kevin provided to me.
Specific examples of this include him working very hard on my case and looking into all possibilities in order to ensure a positive outcome. Kevin made many suggestions helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. He worked with the DA and ADA to get the best outcome of my case and for my future. He was available anytime I had a question or concern and corresponded with me over the phone, through text, and email. He would check in frequently to make sure I was following through with his suggestions and advice and invested a great deal of time and effort always meeting me with me prior to a court appearance to address any concern. Kevin never treated my case as “just another” case. My case ended with the best possible outcome and it would not have happened if Kevin had not done an exemplary job in representing me.
As I go forward not a day goes by that I don’t think about and am thankful for what he was able to do for me. Kevin gave me a wonderful opportunity to take my life back and I would obviously recommend his practice.

Our family first hired Stephanie in the 1990s for my Daddy, and then I myself hired Blythe in 2011, and now we needed Stephanie for some insurance problems in 2020 for 2 separate situations. Their professional knowledge and courtesy, and their compassion went a long way to putting our worried mind at ease. We set up a meeting that day, I remember thinking, why are we sweating the small stuff, let's call Taylor Warren Weidner and Hancock. I highly recommend Stephanie Taylor and TWW if you need assistance with a complicated Social Security case or any other case they are able to handle, you definitely need to go see Stephanie Taylor, they will steer you in the right direction. When I became overwhelmed, I began looking for assistance and contacted several local attorneys, however, due to the complicated nature of my case, I was referred to TWW by two other local attorneys. I had my initial appt with Stephanie and felt very comfortable speaking with her. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and down to earth the staff was always professional. I recently wrapped up my case with Attorney Weigand. Two years ago I was in an auto accident. This happened while I was working. As you can imagine: I was not only devastated by being out of work and on workers comp; but, I was also seriously injured. I ended up needing a surgical procedure on my neck. Blair, not only, took care of the accident with my car; he also handled the workers comp part, as well. He is an attorney that truly cares about his clients welfare and more importantly than that; their well-being. I don't believe I ever went into his office for an appointment that he didn't inquire about my neck and my health status. He truly cares and he is super knowledgeable when it comes to handling these "NASTY" insurance companies. It was a relief, when they would call me; and I would say: my attorney has advised me to refer you to him. I have nothing more to say! I got to say: it made my life 16 times easier and I was able to focus on myself and getting well. Hopefully, you are never in a position to need this kind of assistance: but, it is comforting to know, if you need someone: he is your man!

Blair did an awesome job! I was in an auto accident and suffered a mild back injury. He explained everything to me so I could understand the process and all my options. Since I wasn't completely out of commission and pretty much able to get around I wasn't expecting to get much knowing how insurance companies don't want to pay out. I will say you need to be patient and let things take their course but it will be worth it. At our last meeting he showed me a document of the final outcome. At first I thought there must have been a misprint on the line that showed the amount that I was getting. However, Blair assured me the figure was in fact correct. Let’s just say it was literally three times what I was expecting. Blair knows what he's doing and hit the ball out of the park!
I highly recommend him and if I ever need a legal resource again I know where I'm going.

I contacted attorney Blair Weigand in 2014 after I was badly burned from a tanning bed incident. I had bad burns on the right side of my face and body. It was absolutely miserable. He immediately met with me and discussed all avenues. He had me set up with a dermatologist and kept in contact with me to see how I healed. Luckily no scarring on my face but after all was said and done attorney Bair Weigand got me the best result in compensation and even after we had met about that he called me a few weeks later to let me know he had got me even more money! Brad Stewart has been my attorney for the past 10 years in a long and exhausting case that was finally settled for over 1 million dollars after my insurance company refused to pay the policy limits of 100,000 and I had to sue them for bad faith. He handled my case expertly through a jury trial where the verdict was in our favor and then the appeals process that the insurance company put us through. Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

Brandon has a wonderful knowledge of insurance law and is very easy to work with. We had a house fire where the insurance company didn't want to pay which ended up in a lawsuit. Brandon always kept us informed of what was going on and stayed on top of the ins comp. He did things we never thought an atty would do like came to the house and took time to make sure we had everything documented , as well as helping us find good honest people to help us get estimates on our home and contents, and didn't mind getting his hands dirty literally. He would take time to make sure we understood what was happening, the choices we had and how to proceed. HeGenuinely would listen to us as well about how we felt or answer any questions. This was a very heartbreaking and confusing situation we went through and without Brandon we could have never made it through and the insurance company would have been able to take advantage of us!
