Despite having been through five suits on a related matter with representation from various regional firms, Richard was the first attorney who was able to strategize a response to the insurer that resulted in a global settlement to all claimants. He has an uncanny understanding of how insurance companies think and of their processes and motivations. I've retained most of the major New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco firms over the years, and still never seen the "bang for the buck" that Richard delivered. In any future matter involving insurance, I'd pay his retainer out of my own pocket just to know he was representing us. He is superb.

There is no one who knows more about insurance coverage than Richard Dykstra. He is experienced and knowledgeable in this area and as brilliant and persuasive in the courtroom as he is on paper or in one on one discussion. He provides his clients with a thoughtful, realistic and complete analysis and is very accessible and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend him to anyone with an insurance coverage problem who wants intelligent, innovative and ethical representation.

Ms. Brumback was the lead attorney on a team that defended a large national Architectural firm in a complicated claim brought by a very aggressive health care institution's legal team.
At all times, Ms. Brumback patiently and competently led our firm through the process. Our firm had been very successful over the many years it had been in operation in avoiding such claims and, as a result, required much guidance from the legal team in assisting in our own defense.

I returned a product to a store owner and he claimed he would issue me a credit on my credit card once his credit card machine was working again. He never did after multiple phone calls and then sent me a bad check. Melissa wrote him a letter to "put the fear of God (or fear of lawyers, perhaps)" into him, which seemed to work, since he finally sent me a check for my refund that cleared.

Ms. Brumbach represented my firm on two separate occasions. The first as a member of a legal team who defended us against a former client. Rather than meet to discuss the concerns in person, this client was persuaded by an aggressive law firm to resolve the matter through the courts. Their incentive being the expectation of a large insurance settlement from a policy we carried at the time.
The second was as our attorney in a suit to collect fees from a client who withheld final payment for work we performed. Rather than meet to discuss, this client ceased communication.
In both instances she became familiar with the facts very quickly and developed a well conceived plan for both our defense and the merits of our claim.
We would not hesitate to engage her if the need arose once again.

I retained Brandon for several cases, and if I ever needed representation again, he'd be the first lawyer I'd contact.
When I hired Brandon, my life was taking a nose dive but his extensive knowledge of the law came through for my family. He represented me in my divorce and fought an insurance company to make sure they paid me my fair share when a drunk driver hit my home.
Largely due to his diligence, my family now is doing great and we've moved on from those issues.
The one thing that comes to mind when working with Brandon was my peace of mind knowing that he had everything handled for all my cases. I call him a great defender because, he fought tooth and nail to speak for me. In the beginning I tried to do it on my own and realized it was bigger than me. I even did mediation with party involved through the EEOC, and I felt like I was being bullied. After talking it over with my family, I sought out a lawyer. I met with Mr. Bybee and his team, and they was so kind. He heard my side of the story and said I had a case, so I hired him. From there, every time I had a mediation with the other party he was there to speaks for me. I no longer felt like I wasn't being heard or I was just a small person in a big company. We spoke on the phone and even through email. If he didn't write back right away, I knew he was in court defending another person. When he was done though, he always responded. When my case came to a closing we did settle and I walked away grateful to him. He is a very caring and family oriented man. He always asked how me and my family was doing and even when my case was over, he checked on us doing the holidays. I am grateful to this man and his team. If I have to use him again, I will be calling.

As I stated in the Title of this review...Mari Cava, "An Excellent Attorney" doesnt do him Justice- He Rocks! The Best Defense Attorney I have ever Met!, If Only there were more attorneys who took as much time with his clients, and I know it wasnt just me, he had a very full plate , and had many clients as it seems the system is overwhelmed with people who need a Public Defenser . And I am sure there are those who use the cities tax dollars of hard working people of King County to pay for some people who are so ungreatful, If they actually had to pay for a law firm attorney and be billed $500/hr. Some abuse the system and try to get away with it because they are being supported by the tax payers dollars.Anyways Mario is extremely honest and genuine and down to earth and I think who every is lucky enough to have him as their attorney should feel very greatful as they are in the best legal hands you will find,, I highly recommend Mario, He makes sure all his clients get a fair shake.

Jerry & Michelle took me under their wing after a terrible accident with a big truck that side swipped my car. I had serious injuries, this caused emotional trauma as well. Jerry is one of a kind. I've worked with him and Michele over the years on various matters and it's a relationship that I value a lot. Jerry is tough (He's a Marine), experienced/knowledgeable, and he can communicate in layman's terms extremely well - which probably comes easy for him because he really does care about helping his clients.
Jerry helped me with a boat insurance bad faith issue where my insurance company started bullying me, refusing to investigate my claim and fix my boat over the course of many months. I hired Jerry, and within a few weeks, the insurance company performed a full investigation and paid out on the claim.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in the 90s after a truck cut me off in traffic. I contacted The Pearson Law Firm and Jerry and his staff were immediately helpful. It was bad enough being injured, but Jerry immediately took the stress of handling my own claim off of me so I could focus on getting healthy.

I recently went on a trial, and Mr. Munish Bharti represented me. I will say that he alone went against the prosecution team. He is very respectful and explains everything that I was not clear at. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he is. He pretty much knows the law in and out. He is well organized. Whenever the Judge asked anything, he had a copy ready for the prosecutor and the Judge. He is very straightforward and always prepared to defend his client. When the Judge told me that Mr. Munish did work on my case Thanksgiving day I was speechless. Couple of months after I submitted my case to the USCIS. I have gotten into a car accident. Since my licenses were international I got into serious troubles and was facing a potential jail time & possible compromise of my immigration case. My Lawyer (Valarie) at that time; when she heard the news, she took over that case absolutely no charge and went to court with my twice! Eventually, she got the case dismissed and my immigration case was approved on time. I would recommend that compassion and professionalism to everyone I know.

Jennifer is the best lawyer in Miami. Our case for Green Card was denied and we had a taugh interview with a bad officer. Jennifer took our case and handled everything, the paper work and gave us all the support we needed. She prepared our case and us for the interview very well. She went to the sencond interview with us and we passed it very easy.
