Scott does a great job of taking care of my legal issues, so I can focus on my Property Management business. I had an issue with a person that had purchased a building from me, and then many months later tried to make an issue that there was a problem with the 2nd floor of the building. We disclosed all in Escrow, but this person still tried to make an issue of it, and Scott quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. This is just one of the cases that Scott handled. His advice is extremely valuable and has certainly helped me make my business more successful. Jenny was great to work with. From the first meeting with her, I felt at ease, which is a great quality to have when going through a stressful time. She was very smart and knowledgeable, and even broke things down into layman terms if need be. Jenny was easy to reach by email and responded very promptly. She was honest when it came to whether or not we should keep proceeding and if it would be worth it, which I really appreciated. Overall the outcome of my case wasn't to the best of my liking, but it was not because of her lack of effort. If I did not have her I would have been much worse off. I had an issue with my landlord; my apartment flooded, and despite my repeated attempts at contact, the landlord did nothing about it, so I was forced to hire a company to come deal with my flooded apartment. The landlord then falsely claimed it was my responsibility to pay the bill, despite clear language in the lease that it was their responsibilty because I hired this company without their permission, even though I only had to do this because they weren't doing anything themselves!
After months of not being able to resolve this, I finally sought out Mr. Wolbers. He took my case immediately, on a totally reasonable contingency. The entire duration of the case he was prompt, polite, personable, and professional. He did everything I wanted, and more, and I just now received my settlement for the dispute, for the entire amount I was asking for, including all the legal fees I had paid!
I would recommend Mr. Wolbers to anyone who asked, I can't think of any way he could have handled my case better.

I hired Chris to represent me for a claim against my own insurance company. Even though I had uninsured motorist insurance and the driver who t-boned me had only $15,000 and I needed a surgery, my insurance company nickled and dimed me and refused to pay me anything. Well, that led me to hire Chris, and he stepped in and that was the end of that. He made the insurance company admit they were wrong for not paying me and got me hundreds of thousands of dollars.
