We have hired Brett to represent us for 2 personal injury claims. He has been very helpful in answering all our questions. He responds back to us almost immediately when contacted by phone or email. He is thorough in his record keeping and the best part is that he does all the work for us in acquiring everything needed for our case. He personally contacts the insurance companies involved and deals directly with our physicians and health care providers. He keeps us informed as to the status of the claims. Brett goes the extra mile for his clients, he truly cares and it shows. Twice he was able to negotiate the highest settlement possible to compensate the injuries sustained as a result of two separate motor vehicle accidents. Mark met with us promptly when we called just after my accident. I was at a rehab facility. He explained what he would attempt to do for us. Mr. Bundza helped me recover needed money from a personal injury case that took forever to settle! He was extremely helpful. Corey always spoke to me directly and always answered my questions with the correct answers. I was never "pawned" off on his paralegal and he was more like a friend than an attorney.
I freely admit that I am a very "high-strung" individual and I have a fierce temper but Corey was very tolerant, understanding and helpful. His practice and my place of employment have dealings with each other that have nothing to do with personal injury and we were able to keep everything separated professionally.

My wife and I hired Mr. Damschen to defend us against a complicated lawsuit filed against us by a reckless and negligent hardwood flooring contractor. Mr. Damschen initially provided us with free phone consultations and then we hired him to represent us.
Mr. Damschen is personable, cordial and easy to speak with as he does well to translate legal jargon into common English. He was always well prepared and did considerable research to stay on top of the case.
He was successful in getting a number of claims against us withdrawn or dismissed and ultimately put us in a good situation to address the true matter at hand which was complicated by the contractor's frivolous claims.
In the end Mr. Damschen was able to get us in a position to make a very reasonable settlement offer to avoid further legal costs.
We would highly recommend Mr. Damschen to anyone who is dealing with a construction defect or a contract dispute.

Darrell did an exceptional job of determining all that would be required and making contacts with all necessary players. He kept several of our people in the loop not just me. He guided the proper funds resources needed for the bidding process. He acted as our representative in the bidding process at the county office. He made sure all of the necessary paperwork was filed with the county. He checked to be sure that the transaction became finalized after the necessary waiting period. He secured the information needed to gain access to the property after the transaction was final. Everything that Darrell did was outstanding and clear and with the necessary detail. I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. Daniel has represented both my wife and I in a car accident as well as a home insurance claim where our insurance company originally denied our claim where a water pipe bursted in our home! I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.

When I was turned down for SSI David Allen took over my case immediately. I requested my file from my doctor, sent it to Mr Allen and he took it from there. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,. This is what you call full service, we are now waiting on the medical and loss of income settlement check next week which amount had exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.

Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Scared, stressed, alone and ignorant of any means to help myself out of the situation. I knew I needed help and I got it with Mr. Harwood. From our first phone call my fears were put to rest. He was knowledgeable about the law and more importantly, my own personal case. I am a single mom and cannot express the gratitude I felt after talking to Mr. Harwood. I had someone on my side who cared about helping me. He cared that I was scared and listened to all my concerns and addressing each one. There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. We were involved in a hit and run. We saw the driver's face and got the license plate number off the truck before he took off. We met with the police immediately after the accident and they said they would look into it for us and gave us a case number. Per the recommendaion of a family memeber, first thing Monday morning (this happened on Saturday evening) we were at Shane Smith's office. We met with Stacy Overbey, Case Manager. Had I known then what a pitbull she could be, I possibly would have been a little intimidated upon our first meeting, instead I felt right at home like I was meeting a friend of a friend. The owner of the vehicle told her insurance company that the car was stolen during the time it was invovled in the accident. I found Paul Scott, after talking to many Mississippi lawyers, literally at the mid night hour, on-line.
The City and State were taking my property by Inverse Condemnation and I needed help to stop them.
I sent Paul an email explaining my position and within a week he had driven 300 miles one way to look at the property in question.
After 10 minutes Paul said he’d seen enough and that he’d take our case on a contingency agreement and that he would take care of everything from then on.
Five years later, with a Mississippi Supreme Court decision of 9-0 in our favor, Paul delivered on his agreement, holding the government accountable for their actions.
