I bought a house that had mold Judd and staff help us though the whole process. It was a long process with the Court System & Contractors Board, the Mold Specialists he referred us to did a wonderful job cleaning and testing the house so we can move in. My husband and I retained Judd Balmer for our multi faceted case, which had multiple defendants, many layers, and many failures from various “professionals” to include realtors, pest control company, mold remediators, and the original owners of the home we purchased. We had initially retained a different attorney, but quickly switched counsel to Mr. Balmer upon reviewing his credentials and extensive experience in mold and ‘failure to disclose’ cases. Over the course of a nearly three year long lawsuit, Mr. Balmer did not disappoint. His knowledge of toxic mold exposure, retaining the most qualified experts, and litigating his cases with the most effective strategies are second to none. Knowing our attorney had the situation well in hand went a long way to easing our angst in an otherwise extremely stressful situation, and ultimately he settled our case with all defendants to our satisfaction, despite their numerous attempts to evade responsibility via the court system. Mark did a great job with my motorcycle accident. We didn't have to pay back my health insurer anything and all my medical bills were paid. After a short law suit we settled for over 300k. The insurer offered me almost nothing before I hired Mark. He earned every part of his fee and then some.

Brandon came recommended to us. My daughter and son in law had paid a years rent in advance for their rental. Three months later, the landlord failed in living up the terms of the lease and was refusing to return any of the monies from the advance payment after presenting them with an eviction notice.
My daughter and I went to visit Brandon in his office to discuss the issue. He immediately agreed to take the case and discussed the options available. We did provide him all the documentation needed and he took over, keeping us updated throughout.

My case was a civil lawsuit involving oral contract in title ownership of realestate property. I was the plaintiff. Candice Bryner along with Tumy Nguyen represented me. If you as any lawyer an oral contract which involve in realestate is very hard case to prove. But Candice and Tumy took on my case and they were very honest and strategic. The defendant was represented by a big law firm in Long Beach. As the case went on the defendant lawyers created a mount of paper work to harass me, but Candice worked day and night to protect me and she did very well with caring thoughts. After settlement was not reached, my case went to trial. As you all know going to war you must be well prepared, Candice and Tumy was very prepared and they prepared me very very well. Cut to the chase, I won my lawsuit and the jury award me ownership of my property including damages. An honest and experienced lawyer is most important when your case is difficult, Candice M Bryner and Tumy Nguyen are as best as they come.

When Isabel first took our case it didn't look very promising. Our mother lost her job and insurance benefits in the summer of 2016 and she passed the following winter. She did not successfully transfer her life insurance to a separate policy so we didn't expect to receive anything. Isabel fought with the insurance companys to get our family the life insurance, and she went above and beyond when it came to making sure all our affairs were in order. She communicated to us every step of the way, and even if we didn't get the payout I would still highly recommend Isabel and her firm to anyone needing legal assistance.

(that firm was already representing someone in this matter) The legal matter involved what I call a frivolous lawsuit regarding a rental property I owned and had sold.
