I enjoy working with Allison for several reasons. She is both knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application of law. I just finished a three year custody battle with my ex-husband and throughout the three years we have become good friends. Recently, I was in the process of negotiating a business deal for my company; which involved buying the rights to use a bands song for an upcoming promotional short film. Upon reviewing the original proposed contract, Ms. Micheli pointed out it's numerous shortcomings. She believed the terms of the contract were far too unilateral in the recording artists' favor, and that the asking price for use of their composition was far too high.
Thanks to her sound advice and legal expertise, we were able to renegotiate; closing the deal with a more bilateral contract which included a far more affordable asking price. I couldn't have done it without her.

I went to trial for a breathalyzer refusal and won. This is a very tough thing to beat and Morgan got me through this case. The case was strung out over a year but Morgan remained committed and determined to see this through even though the chances of winning a refusal once it has gone to trial are slim. I am very greatful for the outcome of this case.

Morgan James were my lawyers in a car accident case where I was rear-ended. I had a passenger and we both went to a meeting with them where they explained what they could do and how much it would cost. After careful consideration I decided to let them act for me. I am so happy that I did that because they got me a settlement way better than I could ever have achieved. My passenger decided she could do as well by letting her husband take care of it. She did not do as well as I did.

Recently I had a dispute with my medical insurance company. They denied coverage for expensive clinical tests that had already been performed leaving me responsible for the entire bill that I could not afford. Despite the facts that I presented to them to support my case they twice denied my formal appeals.
In less than one week after Miichael Morgan's involvement the situation was resolved. To say I am pleased with his service is an understatement. I was hit from behind by another vehicle while at a complete stop. I suffered from whiplash, injured wrists, and throwing my already bad back into spasms. I was rear ended by an uninsured drunk driver at 50mph. Injured and unsure of my options I found Andy Dimmock who repeatedly told me to focus on my recovery and treatment and he would take care of the rest beginning with ensuring my bills were paid via PIP and he would pursue my own insurer for uninsured motorist coverage. As expected I was still receiving treatment a little under a year later at which point Andy informed me my insurers had forwarded the full amount of my policy. I learned the game changer was managing to get my blood sucking chiropractor to provide a detailed assessment of my injuries before and after my accident for my insurers to settle the claim. Meanwhile my chiropractor was simply milking all the PIP and more by having me see him 5 times a week!
Andy managed to stem the flow of projected medical fees by getting this claim finalized early and well before my chiropractor and physical therapist sucked the claim dry.

November 1998, Im five years old nearly killed in an auto accident. Lawyer #1 takes the case... Four years pass... little progress and some sort of conflict arises, and he withdraws from my case. Mid 2002 lawyer #2 takes over... Once again little progress... November 2002 lawyer #2s law practice is purchased by Andrew and his business partner. August 2003, Andrew has my train wreck of a case straightened out. Andrew did more for me in a week that lawyer #1 was able to do in four years! I came away with over $5,000 more than I would have had it not been for him! I was born with learning disabilities. We were able to use the settlement money to pay for a tutoring service. That tutoring service was a huge help with my education. To this day when I tell people about my education the story involves "learning to even read was hard...then I went to(institution name)".(Institution name) would not have happened had it not been for Andrew. Even after the tutoring service was paid for, I still had more money than I even would have had he not taken over! Present day, I am now in college. The settlement money that i had was a huge help in avoiding taking out student loans right in the beginning of school. I don't know where I would be today had it not been for Andrew!

Being entangled in a lawsuit is sort of like finding yourself on the River Styx in the ancient Greek underworld. As you descend deeper into the depths of the lawsuit, you will realize the legal world is not like the land of the living. It’s dark, it’s scary, it has its own set of rules, you’re out of your element, and totally dependent on your lawyer-guide to deliver you to the other side. This is the point where you will either be really thankful you picked a great guide, or really regretful you didn’t.
Brittney Tubbs was my lawyer for about a year and a half on an employment discrimination case with my former employer. It’s hard to articulate just how great of a lawyer she is, because there are so many ways in which she is great. She has a mind like a steal trap. She learned every aspect of my case to the point where she remembered the details better than even I did. The greatest thing about Ms. Tubbs though was the peace of mind her legal representation gave me. Instead of me staying up till 2am analyzing the case, she did. Instead of me having to worry about what the other side was going to try and do or say, she did. I’ve never been involved in a legal case before and she explained everything to me every step of the way. I valued her insight because it was always reasonable and trustworthy. And she’s somebody you’d actually like in real life. While she’s tough in depositions (watching her grill your opponent will feel like justice in and of itself), she’s not a jerk about it. The legal process is an ugly, stressful endeavor but with Ms. Tubbs you won’t feel like you’ve sold your soul to get justice. My case ended in a resolution I was happy with and I would highly recommend her work!

Joe was brought on to my case about 6 months before trial by another attorney I hired. He took the lead of the trial process and worked harder than I thought possible to help me. After contacting Mr Pipinich, we met to talk about my case. I was not sure where to go with my case and I was at least hoping he could point me in the right direction if he could not help me. After going over my paperwork, Joe seemed perturbed. He too was upset at the Ex employer that was trying to rip me off! Joe told me that i had an Excellent case and that he would need to make a couple inquiries and get back to me. Joe Pipinich did an amazing job helping our family through a trying time. About 4 years ago our dog was attacked by two pit bulls that broke through our gate and shattered our border collies front leg. When the owners refused to help with costs and turned it over to their insurance company who placed a value on our dog of only $1000 we contacted Mr. Pipinich and he contacted and fought with the insurance company to get the full medical bills covered this allowed us to get the best help possible to try and save my dogs leg. This was an expensive process to save the dogs leg and in the end amputation was the best option. If not for Mr. Pipinich fighting for us we would have had to put our animal down due to the costs incurred from the damage to our dogs leg. He took on the case and fought for us and our dog and I will say I was impressed by his compassion and fortitude in fighting our case. The insurance company saw our dog as an asset and Joe fought for him as if he was a family member. I believe Joe Pipinich to be a great asset to his profession and will fight for his clients to the very end. Thanks Joe you are a great lawyer and friend.

Chris has effectively handled a variety of business matters for me. Most recently, he successfully negotiated a residential eviction in Seattle. This was by no means a simple matter because of eviction moratorium restrictions, winter eviction restrictions, conflicting laws, and other barriers. Christopher worked with me on a business contract breach where the customer owed my company significant money. Engaging in legal action was daunting as my company is a small boutique size firm, up against a large public company. Litigation costs for them would have been a drop in the bucket, but for my company, it would have been monumental. I brought the case because the contract was clear on the terms and conditions. What gave me confidence and conviction was Christopher Reed's experience and capabilities as an attorney. He is highly recommended for the following reasons:
-Out of the gate, professional and interested in my case.
-He listened and has the business savvy to connect the dots of the issue quickly. He made sure he communicated the issue back so we were in sync. He let me know what type of data he needed in support of my position, and we tackled more evidence as the issue was pulled into different directions. I felt it was an efficient and organized process—money well spent.
-Professional and timely in all of his communications, even to let me know, there's a delay from the opposing counsel. I was never left on hold wondering what the next action item was or who owned it. When they were stonewalling, he showed appropriate assertiveness to get them to want to engage but always unwavering in his ethics. Christopher had my full confidence.
-He was strategic with me in discussing the negotiation, and had great execution in presenting our position and arguments to opposing counsel. He answered my questions swiftly and helped me understand their arguments and how we could overcome their position.
-Christopher has excellent intuition, interpersonal, legal and negotiating skills. If x language in the agreement didn't work for the opposing side, he had another workaround to achieve our goal in the language. His writing skills are impressive.
-I believe his ability to be firm yet fair, and knowledgeable of my contract and the law, was vital in achieving not only their attention and engagement, but a 90% payment on the total due! (Yeah!) He far exceeded my initial expectation which was to be largely ignored by this public company. I fully expected they’d draw it out so I incurred significant legal expenses and gave up. I was going to be content with half of the total amount they owed.
I highly recommend Christopher Reed. He’s an excellent attorney. He loves the legal field, problem solving, writing, negotiating and helping me navigate the laws without getting too deep into the weeds. He doesn't waste your time, he presents options and pros/cons. He tells you the honest facts. He’ll fight for you. He guided and taught me so I was understanding both the process, our strategy and application of the law.
I have to believe the East Coast big city opposing attorney was (secretly) equally impressed with Christopher. The arguments he presented gave the opposing counsel strong data to take back to his customer that compelled them to settle substantially higher than the puny settlement they originally proposed.
I not only highly recommend Christopher but will use him again in the future to create business contracts, and also if a situation/issue arises where I need legal counsel.

Jonathan was assigned my case which was already in progress when assigned by my insurance company. He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. It was a bit of a unique scenario, one that John himself indicated he had not seen previously, and throughout the entire process was communicative, professional, informational and assertive which in the end, worked out as favorably as possibly. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and this came across in deposition and arbitration. While building our new home we had to part ways with our original builder due to plans not being followed and finished the home building project with a second builder.
I talked to two other attorneys that were closer to my location but I chose Anthony even though I would have to work with him remotely because he was not condescending and got back to me within a day (usually hours) instead of days or weeks.
Anthony always responded to my texts, phone calls and emails very quickly. His attitude, approach, knowledge and professionalism was extremely helpful in getting to the end of a difficult new home construction that took 2 years, 2 builders and multiple legal letters. The legal letters were very helpful in getting people to do the right thing when their workmanship or service was poor.
Through multiple issues Anthony helped me understand the different options and then helped me execute the approach.
He also handled any of the difficult contractors that usually wanted to run over me until I started sending their communications through Anthony.
In the end the money I paid Anthony was well worth it and I was very pleased with the outcome (without going to court) regarding ALL of my construction issues.
I would recommend Anthony for any building or remodeling issues.

My 18 year old grandson was facing several felony convictions from a series of poor decisions; most from mental health problems. The state's only offer would have made the rest of his life extremely difficult: trying to find employment, school loans and access to any federal programs for the rest of his life.
