Alex was one of the attorney’s that replied back to me on a lawyer referral site. I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light. I could not avoid hitting her.
This accident aggravated a previous injury and instantly life changed. The at-fault driver was driving her mother’s car. The Mother’s policy limits were mediocre, which just seemed so unfair after everything.
After doing some research, it was discovered that the at-fault driver also had a separate auto policy. However they we’re not very cooperative in the beginning. Thanks to Alex’s tenacity, both insurance companies tendered me their limits.
Everyone in the Ed Norman office has been great to deal with. I loved the personal attention that went into my case. They were always very responsive and helpful!
I referred my brother to them and they are doing the same great work on his case! I would definitely trust them to protect my best interests in the future!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the first lawyer we hired to handle a Family Law dispute with my husband's ex-wife; he actually put us in a worse position than where we started. Mr. Couch was referred to me by some close friends and he was more than happy to help. The difference between Mr. Couch and many other attorneys you will come to encounter is that he actually cares about his clients. I have never met someone so caring and devoted- he was honest and upfront with us the entire time and he still fought hard for us. I actually get choked up thinking about how wonderful Mr. Couch was and how effective and helpful he was to our cause- we were in a really tough place and he has actually made our life and our situation better! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Mr. Couch. He is truly amazing.

In early 2010, our home suffered moderate damage due to a lightening strike. We had homeowners coverage from a major insurance company and had never missed a payment or had any previous damage claims under our policy.
Trying to get the Insurance company to honor the policy turned out to be a living nightmare. The sad truth, we discovered, is that our insurance company found it more economical to deny and fight the
claim instead of honoring our policy agreement. The insurance company had a system in place that included: Contractors that destroy evidence, paid off "experts" and lawyers at their disposal.
Our claim was pretty straight forward, with lightning damage, but we found ourselves in a legal game that we couldn't afford to play. Out of desperation, we contacted McCray law. Doug was wonderful to work with. He's calm and logical about how Insurance companies work and is very experienced in Michigan law. Doug was able to give us a legal presence and a path to a fair settlement. I would recommend the McCray Law Firm to anyone that has had a problem with Insurance company.

I have worked with Mr. Rose on several items. He successfully assisted me and my company with an eviction, a mediation problem, and a several other general business matters. I am the owner of a real estate holding company and a property management firm. It is good to know I can count on someone in the legal field that is responsive, professional, and effective to help navigate through today's difficult economic environment. Steven Rudin in a knowledgeable and diligent attorney. I was the victim of an automobile accident in Tacoma, Washington. Mr Rudin became my attorney in S. Fl and he was able to secure co-counsel for us in Tacoma., Washington. There were 4 passengers, which included myself, in the vehicle. We experienced varying degrees of injury rangin from broken ankle to a broken wrist.

I am so grateful to Rachel Alters and her staff for helping me with my uncle's claim! She was amazing. This was a very difficult case, because my uncle was mentally disabled. He had failed to immediately make a claim, because he was too disabled to even do the simplest of tasks. As soon as I found out about my uncle's disability policy, I called several attorneys. They were hesitant to work with my uncle, because of the extensive work involved with backdating his claim. I then called Dell and Schaefer and it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. They patched me through to Rachel Alters and the rest is history.
She worked diligently to backdate my uncle's claim and to secure his rights to future disability payments. We still have a long road ahead of us with regards to my uncle's disability, but I am so grateful to her for securing his right to disability payments. We will be able to use this money to make sure that he gets the health care that he needs.
Disability insurance is a complex business. As an attorney myself, I can tell you that when it comes to disability insurance, you really need somebody in your corner to make sure that your rights are protected. There is nobody that I would rather have in my corner than Rachel Alters.

I came to Dell and Schaefer after an attorney firm in Maryland decided in August they could not win my case and dropped me, with my appeal for Long Term Disability due in mid October. I contacted Dell and Schaefer in a panic from an ad I found on the Internet, I got a call very quickly, we talked about my case and at that time I was informed that Rachel Alters would be handling my case, I got a phone call from Rachel, she made me feel at ease right away, and asked me to send all my medical information I had to the firm. Rachel explained to me it normally takes 4-6 months to do an appeal, but Rachel assured me she would do her very best to win with the limited time we had remaining to submit an appeal. Rachel worked very hard, we had many very long phone calls and emails, even though I have never met Rachel face to face I feel she is part of the family. I got a call from Rachel the beginning of December letting me know we won the case and that Aetna would be reinstating my benefits back to April when they had stopped benefits. I had just came home from Johns Hopkins Hospital from back surgery, and it was Christmas time, what a special feeling that phone call bought. There is nothing more I could ask for. Winning an appeal for LTD would not have been possible with out Attorney Rachel Alters and legal Assistant Kathleen Bordes and the staff at Dell & Schaefer.

I would recommend Rachel Alters to anyone who is fighting to get there LTD. Rachel, was the person on the other end of the phone who listened to my concerns and my feelings. Rachel listened and help me to understand that this is why she was there, she would work hard to get my Long Term Disability reinstated, which Aetna, stopped after twenty four months.

I worked with Sara after being represented by another lawyer for over a year... My case was going no where and I was being advised to move out of my house I had worked my whole life to attain... I contacted Sara, right after Christmas2016 because my then husband severed me with divorce papers on 12/05/2016 ( I guess that was his Christmas present to the family). We had been separated for a while, he was providing financial support I was trying to figure out how to keep food on the table and make Christmas happy with gifts for my Son & daughter. Now I was hit with needing a lawyer because the documents he provide for the divorce was giving me nothing but child support after 24 years of marriage. I pick research some numbers from the internet and started calling to find a number. I left a message with this one Law office they returned my call after a short conversation they explained that they only two cases with large estates. However the man on the other end of the phone did not leave me hanging. He recommended me to Sara Bour !!!!!!!! My ex is 6ft and his lawyer was about 6.5ft but they were both afraid of tiny Sara. she was knocking them dead with here knowledge of the law and how to apply it. I walk a way with Child support a percentage of his over time. the rights to his pension and a the quick claim deed to my house. oh I now own his motorcycle two which is what started our down fall. Lyn was highly recommended to me because of my insurance company's unwillingness to cover the complete cost of repairs as a result of damage by hurricane Irma to my home. I was skeptical but I called her and was immediately struck by her honesty, friendliness, transparency and professionalism. I decided to retain her because I felt assured that she would be able advocate on my behalf and successfully settle with the insurance company for an amount that was fair. It took a while, but because I knew she was trying her best, I had to exercise some patience. Needless to say, we settled with my insurance company for an amount that allowed me to make every repair that was necessary. I have had the pleasure of knowing Scott for quite a while. I met him through my mother a long time ago and have used Scott for 2 different cases I had. One of the cases he was able to dismiss of a City suit against me in NY and did not have to pay anything. The City was suing me for over 225,000. This saved my life. I appreciate him so much. The other case he helped was a mediation and we came out with a great outcome on that one as well. When ever i have any sort of legal questions he is there to answer them for me.
