WOW! I got myself in some serious trouble. I had 1st and 2nd degree charges. Thankfully my parents found fantastic lawyers at the firm of Robert's and Teeters. It was a long 5 years dealing with this case. I immediately said to them I want to take this case to trial and they gave me the full confidence from the beginning. Due to the pandemic the case was prolonged for so long but I'm 100% satisfied with this firm. Matt and Mike are the perfect team. They work together so smooth and it's actually entertaining watching them consult eachother about certain situations. Mike is very knowledgeable and Matt is simply a great talker in court. They don't leave any stones unturned. They never give up any battle and at the same time are prepared for any outcome. They aren't the type to lie to you. My case was a very difficult family case with lots of fails on the justice system but Julie fought very hard to get us peace and justice. The system threw every curve ball but she never quit pushing for us. She always kept me informed and made sure I understood what was going on. We needed an emergency protective order on a Friday Julie got it taken care of and took time to call me at almost 9pm just to give me peace of mind. To make a VERY long story short, I hired a well known
Ocean Country defense law firm who's modo was that the whole firm was behind me. Again they were supposedly the best in Ocean County. They're website looked like they could represent OJ Simpson, it was so professional even a bit intimidating, at the time I new I needed the best so I hired them. The attorney who was assigned to me, wanted me to plead guilty to a petty shoplifting charge on the very first appearance and this was also my first criminal offense. That law firm charged me a large fee so there was no way I was simply pleading guilty, otherwise what did I even hire them for? I fired that lawyer on spot in front of the judge, and the court granted me another month to find a new lawyer. Thankfully I found Steve who helped me get this charge dropped to a non-criminal ordinance which was what I needed to continue as a nursing student. When I initially called Steve I was in panic, he told me to relax and we would figure this out and that's exactly what he did. I would recommend Steve to anyone seeking legal representation. I will be calling Steve again soon to help me with a record expungement. PS. Steves fee is fair and he will help you with arrangements if needed.

I was arrested and taken to jail with a DWI . I’ve never had any convictions or been in that situation before so everything was new to me. Not only to mention I’m a DACA holder, so everything and anything could hurt my status.As a young adult is hard to be taken serious due to our age.We still want this matter taken care off the best way possible because our future is on the line. Efrain was very professional and what I like to call “ The Goat” he took care of business. After going to court for almost 1.5 yrs he always made sure I knew everything was going to be handle in the best way possible. My case was quite difficult due to my immigration status. Although I am in the process of fixing through my wife, probation was a risky option. Going to report to probation would risk me getting deported. Mr. Sain handled my case better than anyone else could have. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.

A big portion of my job involves driving, so when I recently received a traffic infraction I decided to look into options rather than just “lying down” and allowing it to go onto my driving record. Mark has assisted with me with two cases. From the beginning of each there were problems he was able to quickly assist resolving. (bailing out of jail and removing an arrest warrent). For each case he was able to layout out my options and he was able obtain the best possible outcome. The first was a plea to fines, probation and no jail time (was facing 10+ years). The legal system is about relationships IE prosecutor ,judge, victim mark knows this and he works those angles very well with a mixture of your case and back ground and legal maneuvers you will get a favorable result at least I did twice. both cases were dv cases one no contact violation, second dv assault result both cases were dismissed after small fine and some community service, 6 month dv class but not misdemeanors . one in king county superior court the second fife municipal court.
Mark has a team Travis helped on my second case regularly as well as mark and I felt they were a great team. I hope I never need them again...

Ms Carey is the consummate professional. I hugely regret not switching attorneys when another (medical) professional suggested I do so after I had retained an attorney and was in the throes of the challenges of securing legally entitled services for my child. I consulted with her, and she was kind, compassionate, and responsive. A great listener. She cared about my child more than my money. I ultimately decided not to switch which was a mistake, and I may still end up retaining her. She seems to be the best: smart, focused on what is best for child (not her wallet or ego), and wise in the ways of SPS. I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed.
