Patrick has been representing me for about almost a year now. Before Patrick I tried representing myself and I made a huge mess out of my case and it seemed like it was almost impossible for anything good to come out of it. Patrick has been there for every hearing and it wasn’t cheap and it wasn’t easy but I now have the most amount of time I have ever had with my son. I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

I am incredibly thankful for Andrew Lindsey representing me in my case, my ultimate decision to go with him was because he went through a similar case and has great experience with criminal defense. He was also the only attorney to give me an hours worth of his time free of charge to explain in full depth what my case entails and the hypotheticals that could take place. My husband got into a bit of a pickle and we randomly found Maureen on google searches. We had a consultation call with her and she was up front and honest about her ethics, her pricing and if she thought we had a good case or not. She listened to my husband and then she listened to me and what I had to say. It’s literally been like this the entire transaction between us! She’s compassionate, and caring and will give you options but wants to do what YOU want. She showed and up was a bulldog in court when we thought things were going to go south. She fought for justice and what was fair after waiting over six months for a simple video to be sent over, which still hasn’t been done! She brought to light my husband had to forfeit his right on a speedy trial for the lack of evidence that was produced. Needless to say, if we have ANY issues going forward, we’d hire Maureen over and over and over again. We will recommend her to anyone and everyone.

To start I’m a real person, which is something I have to ensure whenever I read other reviews of things online. My spouse struggles with vast mental health challenges and unfortunately had a mental health crisis that resulted in his arrest. I’ve been hunting for someone who not only could represent him, but for someone who is compassionate and fierce. I found out and researched Mr. Flohr before leaving him a voice mail. He called me later that same day and for the first time since everything happened I finally have some hope again for my husband. Christopher Flohr listened and heard me. Mr. Flohr was hired by our family to navigate the sticky, complicated mess that our loved one got into due to his mental health issues. There were three separate cases all at once. Mr. Flohr took time out to talk to multiple family members to understand the situation at home. He not only empathized but was compassionate about our difficult situation. On multiple occasions we were able to reach out to Chris over phone, email, and text to get updates or provide him with relevant information. Chris was able to persuade the state that our loved one needed help and had a stable home/family waiting for him. As a result of his effort our loved one is now free and getting the help he needs. I had two cases with mister Papirmeister. In both cases he got me no jail time. My first gun case he got me three years probation no jail time. My second gun case he won my motion to suppress evidence which ended up getting the case thrown out. Overall a good man who cares for his clients.

The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. We discussed the case parameters, and I promptly forgot about them.
Well, Mr. Fell did not forget about it; over a year later, he contacted me with a complete resolution of the case and a large refund of the retainer.
I have NEVER received a refund for a retainer from any attorney; it has always mysteriously gotten "used" up.

I was arrested for a felony and did not know where to get help. My friend told me to call the Wizard. That nickname is not an understatement. Grant asked me all the right questions so I could gather the necessary evidence that I did not commit the crime. He strategically planned the presentation of the evidence and essentially discredited the witness for the prosecution. Case dismissed! Adam represented me after I crashed my motorcycle. I had a bunch of charges from failure to maintain lane to improper tag and no insurance. He got them all dropped, and although I wasn't drink they charged me with reckless driving. He also got that reduced to reckless driving, also the other charges dropped.
