There really is no words to explain what an exceptional lawyer Dan is. Little history on my story/experience with Dan; I was dealing with a case with a different lawyer that did an awful job. I then came into probation violation and it was a very complicated case where I had technically 4 violations. A warrant was set out for me. I was allowed to move to another state for school and the court was going to take me back to Illinois. It seemed truly like a case that NO WAY I could win. But then Dan did his thing. Dan not only was able to SQUASH my no bond warrant, he was able to let me stay in the state I reside in currently AND got me off of probation and under supervision instead! I have no clue how he was able to do so much but he made it work. And having dealt with a bad lawyer I really know the difference between a good and bad one. When we deal with court it’s scary. You want a lawyer that will respond fast, give their all to defend you and try to get the best outcome possible, and one that gives you RESPECT. Dan did all of these things and I can’t thank him enough. If I had to return to Illinois I would have lost my school, apartment, job and I would most likely have been living out of a car and really losing all the goods I have in my life out here in the state I reside in. "Dan is the BEST of the BEST". He got us the BEST POSSIBLE Outcome. Working with Dan was awesome. Without going into specifics, I would like to say just one sentence. "Dan is the BEST of the BEST". Do not take my word on this internet, just go and meet him once and you will see for yourself. Dan knows everyone in the system. He is very easy to talk to. I have interviewed a dozen attorneys before meeting Dan. Immediately decided to go with Dan. Steve is super awesome. During the initial parts, Steve took care of me (when Dan had to attend other things). I cant write my specific topic and details due to privacy concerns but I just want to describe how I found Dan. I read all the reviews on internet and decided to go meet in person. Jennifer answered my call and setup a quick appointment with Dan for same day; arrived on time and met both Dan & Steve. Steve was supposed to head out to something but it was very nice of him to stay back till I had presented my details. Just go & meet them, if you need to hire an attorney!!!! You will thank yourselves. It is really unfortunate for anyone to be searching for an attorney and there are many many attorneys that want to prey on the weaknesses and take advantage of the situation. Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

I called the office of Brian Vogel to ask a few questions on how to apply for a restricted license. I have not been convicted of the DUI in the court but the dmv has suspended my license for four months. Brian was not in his office at the time of my call. His assistant Liisa took 20 minutes out of her busy day to answer all my questions and help clarify everything. Brian Vogel is not my lawyer, but his assistant Liisa treated me like one of their own. I was recently divorced using another attorney in the area. I was in a 16 year marriage attached to the military. I was allotted a percentage of the retirement per the Final Agreement. When I attempted to start that process with DFAS, I was quickly notified that my Order was written incorrectly and needed to be modified and signed by a Judge. I wasn’t sure what to do so I reached out to Mr. Dejesus’ office. He was quick to respond and was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable in regards to how the modification was to be written and made the changes. He and his staff stayed in communications with me while waiting for the other parties to comply. I was on a time restraint to get the corrections per DFAS and even though that time had expired, to no fault of ours, Mr. Dejesus was reassuring that everything was an easy fix and they would honor the modification. He was right. Through his persistent follow ups with the other parties, I got my modification and was able to submit it with no problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dejesus. He is attentive to his clients and knows his job. You just have to trust him.

I had servers probation violations and was getting know where in live besides inside jails and prisons. The judge had enough of me a order a fugitive warrant. Mr. Goldstein is one of the best lawyers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. It was the worse situation I could have on my record and would result in termination of my employment.
