I was in what I considered the worse situation of my life and had no idea what to do. Flynn Bertisch took my case and walked me through every step that I needed to take. Mr. Abel helped me when I was falsely accused of a felony crime. He was appointed to me by the court at first and was able to get the case dismissed, but the DA decided to refile lesser charges on me (sore loser). Mr. Abel had done such a good job with my felony case that I decided to hire him on my new refiled lesser charges and he made quick work of them and got all of my charges dismissed. Mr. Abel hung tough with me through two courts. I never in my life thought I would be falsely accused of a crime but I was extremely lucky to get Abel as my lawyer! He was also a prosecutor for some time so he has relationships with people in the courts that some lawyers don’t. He did an excellent job and if you have the opportunity to hire him I think you’d be foolish not to. He’s really good and his paralegal Kory was very attentive and helpful throughout a very stressful time in my life.

My fiance hired Rhys for an assualt charge which they wanted jail time but he fought with the prosecutor and was able to get it down to probation and fines which he was happy with. He fought for him and was more than willing to go to trial if they didnt give him a fair deal. He was also always on top of things. Super nice guy, highly recommend him.

In December of 2015, my daughter made a mistake. She got involved with the wrong person, and ended up accused of a felonious assault and theft. I found Atty. Jones's number in the phone book, called his office, and he saw me that afternoon. He also introduced me to his associate, Atty. Ron Yarwood, and the two of them took care of my daughter's case. They immediately took steps to get her out of jail and released on bond. They informed us of her legal rights and liabilities, and kept us informed of the progress of her case. They educated us from the beginning on what my daughter's risks were, and negotiated hard on her behalf. From the outset, they told us that they had no fear of going to trial, if that was what her defense demanded; but in the end, they were able to negotiate her sentence down to 2 misdemeanors, with her punishment being only a year's probation.
I was very gratified over the fact that they quoted me a fixed fee at the beginning, and never asked for any more fees as the process went on. I also found them both to be very accessible. I contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions and they always replied the same day or the next. I always felt that they had my daughter's best interest at heart, but they also never let her forget how serious the trouble was that she had gotten into. I am extremely grateful to them for their time and expertise as well as the outcome they were able to negotiate for my daughter. I fear that, with a less competent team, the outcome could have been substantially worse.

Attorney Cartright-Jones was able to find major flaws in my dui case and was able to get the suspension and dui dismissed in a month. Had I not hired this attorney, I would have unnecessarily been charged with a dui. I can now go on with life. This attorney may be the best defense attorney in the Youngstown and surrounding area.

People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.
Over the last year, Lynn has given me 110% during a very stressful custody case. A case that involved my children being taken to Florida without me knowing and false abuse accusations. Mr. Voss is by fair an amazing attorney. He takes the time to a actually hear your concerns without interrupting you, which is very uncommon in these kind of situations. I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. Allen has worked tiredlessly over the last 2 years of my on going custody & child support case. He’s been 100% honest & upfront with me on the things I ask vs the things that will happen. My case is not an easy with considering my former spouse is a very difficult individual & has been dragging me back & forth into court for the last 5 years once a year. Whenever my ex filed false charges for harassing communications and I ended up being arrested, Allen was there 20 minutes after I got to the jail. He was reassuring that these charges would be dismissed and he was right! They were and the other party had to pay for court costs. Allen has never wavered. Never told me to give up. I helped my boss and boss's wife get through a criminal charge against her. I didn't know where to turn to, but when I searched for an attorney in Fullerton, Attorney Erika Becker showed up and several others. I contacted all of them, and she was the first to return my call within a day and realized she has a many years of law experience. When I met her, she explained details about what can happen to what she can do for us. Although, what she advised us wasn't the best outcome that we were hoping for, when the final outcome came out, she made it even better than what we had hoped for. There was a misdemeanor charge, 2 years of probation, 1 year of schooling...the charge was downgraded to infraction, no probation and no schooling! How awesome is that! We were excited and so glad that we hired her to represent us. My world was turned upside down, after a silly mistake at the age of 23 landed me straight in Santa Ana County Jail facing up to 6 years. Michael Phillips was a savior in my DUI case. I would not have received the right judgments without him. He went through my case throughly and knew that I was treated unfairly. He went above and beyond all expectations. I won my DMV Court Hearing, which saved me from losing my license. To be honest if I lost the DMV court hearing I would of lost my job and my long distance relationship with my now husband would of suffered. He lived in San Diego and I lived in Huntington Beach, so driving to see each other was important. My court case was then dropped from a DUI to a Wet In Reckless.
Now he is helping me expunge my case for a great price. I don't really need the expungement because I own my business but for such a great price, I can't say no to the offer.

Mr. Phillips is one of two lawyers who handled my DUI case. I was immediately impressed, as he was willing to take my consultation call after hours, and was very straight-forward with no sales pitch, scare tactics, or too-good-to-be-true promises. Mr Wehunt was extremely helpful and very dependable. He truly helped me with my case and I had 2 felonies and really thought I was going spend more time jail and truly thought I would really be always assumed as a terrible criminal and he got me a great plea deal.
