When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! And he did exactly as he said! After that initial meeting in his board room I never heard from the courts, police or anyone ever again. There are no words? This guy has strong medicine.

Ms. Taylor was recommended to me by another attorney because she specializes in family and domestic law. In brief I will say that she is efficient and knowledgeable. I didn't have any questions she couldn't answer; she had all the information in her head. In addition to all this she was very empathetic about my/our situation, and I felt good about hiring her. I had consolted with another attorney who seemed great during the initial consolt. However, when I was wanting to hire her she would not return my calls or emails for 3 months. This led me Google to search for another attorney. I found Sarah Reist and now I am glad that other attorney never replied to me because I found Sarah. When I met Sarah, she was with another firm. She was very kind, pleasant, informative and professional. She spent a good amount of time with me. She answered all of my questions. I immediately hired her to write a letter to my ex spouse which she did quickly and efficiently. She since then has opened her own law firm with a colleague but I was very happy because she took the time to write me and give me her new contact information. She also called me to check on me and make sure that I received her letter with new contact information. When my ex husband called her about the letter she wrote him, she called me right away the same day to inform me and thanks to her letter, my ex spouse finally reimbursed me for medical expenses after 11 years of not paying at all. Sarah always answers my emails and never forgets about me. I am now in the process of hiring Sarah Reist again to proceed in child support enforcement / filing a petition for contempt. I have absolute faith in her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family law attorney. I also want to say Thank you to Sarah for being so nice and kind to me.

I cannot recommend Sarah enough if you are a father wanting your legal rights protected and your children are in the Nashville area. I live in Michigan, my children were in Tennessee in the Nashville area, and I now have full, permanant custody of them in Michigan. It was a lot of work, and very stressful at times, however, if you are wanting an attorney who will work extremely hard for you, if you are wanting an attorney who is not only smart, but capable and devastatingly aggressive in the courtroom in pursuit of your rights and interests, you cannot do better then Sarah.
I am 100% convinced that having Sarah as my legal console made the differance in the outcome of my custody battle. Thanks to her efforts, her hours of hard work, and her zealous prosecution of my rights, I now have full custody of my children. I could not be more grateful for the services she's rendered, and could not recommend her any higher. If you are a father wanting to be able to play an active role in your children's lives, and you have to deal with the family court system, call her. You will be glad you did. I and my children sure are.

After having one attorney tell me I really didn't have a case, and another dropping the ball, Sarah picked everything up and got my child custody case moving. As a former client of Griffith and Associates I made the right choice. Before I chose thus firm I called one other firm, they said: "You need Mark Griffith" I called a second firm, again same answer. I calked an out of Ellis county firm, they said: "We know Ellis county, it's a tight bunch there" and they declined. I breath the air as I heard "Not Gyilty" after nearly 3 and a half years of torment by Ellis county officials at all levels. But Mark Griffith and his entire group believed me and believed in me. It's the toughest pain I have ever had to endure, my family had to endure having to resign myself to aid of this nature and magnitude. But, without one witness to my defense, Mark Griffith, his associates, staff and investigators exposed Ellis county, the State of Texas vs (______) for what it was. Lie after lie after lie, but they are immune and have licence to do it. Mark, as proffessional and ethical lawyer that he is never ever disrespected the court. Abd in doing so the jury saw through the State's shallow behavior. If you find yourself in the pit and need a criminal lawyer, don't think twice and consult with Mark D. Griffith, he's your man!!

I hired Mr. Griffith to defend me for a case where I was wrongfully accused, I lost my home and almost my freedom, he knew I was telling the truth and promised to fight for me 100%, and that's just what he did. He gave me back my freedom, although me loosing my home is another issue, he did make all of this go away. The case was "no billed" and my case was over, I could get my life somewhat back to normal. He is by far the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a defense attorney. He wont stop fighting for you and he will give his all to your case. He is one of a kind attorney.

We are writing to provide an objective review of our experience with Tiffany Andrews and her mediation services. Although Tiffany was pleasant to work with, our overall assessment is that the services provided were average. We were disappointed that we never had the opportunity to meet her in person, despite multiple trips to her office. During our case, we couldn't help but notice that the handling of our mediation proceedings resembled that of a general contractor overseeing a construction project. We encountered unexpected changes in Tiffany's team, with members coming and going without prior notice. This lack of consistency had a noticeable impact on the process and left us feeling unsettled. Another area of concern was the significant disparity between our original cost estimate and the final bill. The cost nearly doubled, which was unexpected and disappointing. Our mediation and divorce proceedings were minimal in complexity, as stated by Tiffany herself. Considering the simplicity of the case, we had hoped for more streamlined and cost-effective services. Throughout the process, there were instances where communication and continuity seemed lacking. We often had to repeat information from one meeting to the next, resulting in frustration and delays. It would have been more efficient and productive if there had been better coordination and a stronger sense of continuity between sessions. In summary, while Tiffany Andrews and her team were pleasant to work with, there are clear areas for improvement. Enhancing client expectation management, addressing cost transparency, and ensuring consistent communication and continuity throughout the mediation process would greatly benefit Tiffany and her team. I found myself in a horrible situation that required the best lawyer possible. My lead lawyer, Logan Noblin, was just that. From my first contact with the firm to the very end, Logan and the firm were there for me 100%. Better yet, this firm's team of lawyers are involved with all cases to collectively work on getting the best result.
Communication during my 2 year case was outstanding. They make great use of there client portal. Also, this made providing and receiving documents to the firm very easy.

I was falsely accused of Domestic violence on 3 counts while my wife was trying to steal my money and custody of our children. I hired Michael and he was amazing and went over and beyond the call of duty collecting evidence and filing extra motions and more. He does not evolve his personal or political beliefs with his clients or cases whatsoever even though we sit on opposite sides. He got my wife on the stand in front a of jury all day from 8am to 5pm and showed what a lying, cheating, thief that she was and had her impeached as a witness for lying and got her admitting to committing perjury and got the jury to deliberate a not guilty on all counts unanimously within 10 minutes.. He pretty much saved me and my children s lives. I did much research on the best criminal lawyer in Orlando and everyone said he was the best! I owe him big time! His fee was way under prices also! We hired Mr. Morrison for my son who we felt was wrongly arrested. Mr.Morrison filed a Motion to Suppress with a well put together argument . My sons charges got dropped as a result. I hired Attorney Matt Long after I was indicted on serious criminal charges. Matt worked tirelessly to review all the evidence and make the appropriate motions to win the case. After reviewing his motions, all the most serious felony counts of the indictment were dismissed. On the remaining felony counts, Matt was also able to have them dismissed in exchange for a plea to an offense that is treated as a misdemeanor with probation. I am grateful for all the time and effort he and his staff put into my case and for achieving an excellent result. I highly recommend Matt Long in the area of criminal law.

I contacted this number for help with a DMV hearing. I was told it was going to be 200$ to get started with pulling records and going over them. All pretty standard except how little I actually got for the 200$. Spent maybe an hour on the phone for 3 minutes of information. Then I was quoted 2k for the hearing help. I would look down the street.

Due to family issues I have unfortunately needed to contact and work with different attorneys over the years. I reached out to Micaela for a child custody matter. A minor child, who was a relative, was being abused and I needed legal advice and potentially an attorney. I am very happy I reached out to Micaela. In my first face to face meeting with Micaela I could tell something was different. She didn't just listen for key words or phrases. Micaela asked questions that demonstrated she was genuinely concerned. After the initial consultation I knew I wanted to hire her.
During the family court process, Micaela was honest about what to expect and what actions were needed. Many times I would express frustrations with government officials, and sometimes the system. Micaela was always able to help me put thing into perspective.
Working with Micaela I felt like I had a genuine advocate. She wasn't just an attorney I hired to help get a family member out of danger, she felt like a genuine partner. She always kept me informed about each step along the way. Micaela and her team were also very prepared when anything needed to be filed. Before any court appearances or filings, Micaela explained what motion was going to be filed and why. When I would ask questions about the judge, or the proceedings, or any other legal matter, Micaela was ready with an answer, or she would always get back to me in a timely manner. I appreciated her humility and honesty.
The qualities I appreciated most about Micaela were -
1 - her honesty - she was upfront about expectations
2 - her humility - she was not afraid to acknowledge her own limitations
3 - her preparation - she always had a plan B (and sometimes C) and she always explained my options. Knowing she was prepared gave me confidence in court.
4 - communication - her office was quick to respond and open
5 - genuine - I felt like she genuinely cared about my case.
6 - tenacity - I felt good knowing I have a "bulldog" on my side. I felt comfortable hearing Micaela be my (and the minor child's) advocate. I felt as if she was fighting hard for the child's safety.
I would hire Micaela again in a heartbeat. Hopefully I won't be in need of her services ever again. If I am ever in need of an attorney for child custody, Micaela will just be the first person I contact, she will be the only person I contact.
I'm very thankful that Micaela was available when I needed her services.
