Elizabeth represented me for a misdemeanor traffic infraction. This was the first time I had ever required a lawyer, so I was a little lost on who to reach out to. I saw Elizabeth's great reviews and reached out for a free consultation. When I called, she already had my case pulled up with the corresponding state law. She walked through the process and was very forthright about the possible outcomes. I hired her to represent me and could not be happier. Before the trial on the court date, she spoke to the officer who pulled me over and then the prosecutor and was able to get my case dismissed. It was exactly the outcome I wanted. Irrespective of the outcome though, I was impressed with Elizabeth's dedication and commitment to me and my case.

Elizabeth was an excellent attorney in representing my case in which I was dealing with a serious traffic infraction. She was very professional and knowledgeable from the get-go, helped me file a motion immediately, and was able to get my case moving in the right direction. I had fired my previous attorney for being unavailable and unresponsive and with Elizabeth I found her to be the complete opposite. She was quick to return emails, answered questions, easy to talk to, and explained the process very well. Laid out expectations very clearly - didn't overpromise and underdeliver (as some lawyers are apt to do). I've worked with a few attorneys in the past and Elizabeth has by far been the best. I highly recommend her. Went to court this morning to adjudicate my case, she talked to both the officer and the prosecutor, argued my case in front of the judge, and we got exactly what we wanted!

Yolanda defended me in my case, she helped me avoid a jail sentencing. I really do appreciate her hard work with my case. She explained to the judge that my crime wasn't as severe as it seemed and the reasons to why in a very professional way. I was on probation at the time and had violated it unknowingly and she helped explain that to the judge. While on probation I was unable to leave my county and I did so unknowingly while taking someone to a doctors appointment, I wasn't even a mile out of the county. She helped my case get demised.

Yolanda Gauna went above and beyond all expectations throughout our whole acquaintance. She was prompt and informed every time we met. She was kind and listened to all the information being presented to her that was relevant to our case. I never once doubted that she would come through for us. On the day of the big court hearing she was early, held counsel with us, and explained her plans. When things were difficult to understand she explained them in an accessible way. I was falsely accused of Domestic violence on 3 counts while my wife was trying to steal my money and custody of our children. I hired Michael and he was amazing and went over and beyond the call of duty collecting evidence and filing extra motions and more. He does not evolve his personal or political beliefs with his clients or cases whatsoever even though we sit on opposite sides. He got my wife on the stand in front a of jury all day from 8am to 5pm and showed what a lying, cheating, thief that she was and had her impeached as a witness for lying and got her admitting to committing perjury and got the jury to deliberate a not guilty on all counts unanimously within 10 minutes.. He pretty much saved me and my children s lives. I did much research on the best criminal lawyer in Orlando and everyone said he was the best! I owe him big time! His fee was way under prices also! We hired Mr. Morrison for my son who we felt was wrongly arrested. Mr.Morrison filed a Motion to Suppress with a well put together argument . My sons charges got dropped as a result. I got a ticket in Naples, FL, Collier County, and was looking for a lawyer to get my ticket dismissed. Talked to about half dozen lawyers, from ones that were sarcastic to ones that just wanted your money, to do what I could myself. I finally got in touch with the law office of Michael R. Gorman, who was truly a good person and a knowledgeable lawyer. He explained to me that it is a waste of money to hire a lawyer because in Collier County the chances of dismissing a ticket are extremely slim. Furthermore he walked me step by step to what I need to do to avoid points and insurance price increase. Mr. Gorman could have taken my money and did all of that but he did not, instead he looked out for me. I highly recommend the law office of Michael R. Gorman.

Dilip Paliath took my grandson case in the Fall of 2015. Mr. Paliath had to drive three hours to attend the court session beginning at 9:00 am. My grandson met with Mr. Paliath before court began. Mr. Paliath ask personal questions and discussed different roles of court persons. My grandson did not understand the concepts of court and Mr. Paliath expressed this concern to the judge. It was determined by the judge that my grandson needed training about court. Mr. Paliath had to return during the winter twice and the case was not settled until June 2016. Through all of this Mr. Paliath kept in contact about each and every court corespondence. Mr. Paliath is both kind and a complete professional. I will call him again!!

I hired Attorney Matt Long after I was indicted on serious criminal charges. Matt worked tirelessly to review all the evidence and make the appropriate motions to win the case. After reviewing his motions, all the most serious felony counts of the indictment were dismissed. On the remaining felony counts, Matt was also able to have them dismissed in exchange for a plea to an offense that is treated as a misdemeanor with probation. I am grateful for all the time and effort he and his staff put into my case and for achieving an excellent result. I highly recommend Matt Long in the area of criminal law.

I as involved in a car accident and found an attorney to represent me but after two months he decided he could not work my case because it was not enough money for him. I hired Mr. Farrell to handle a ticket my daughter (Out of State student at USC) received after she had paid the ticket. She had not realized that paying the ticket is an admission of guilt (neither had I), and would result in her license being suspended in her home state (Georgia). Mr. Farrell had to file to reopen the case (successful) and get the ticketing officer to lower the speed (by more than 8mph) in order for her not to be considered a "super speeder" in her home state and have her license not suspended (a law applicable to only under 21 years of age). Mr. Farrell was very thorough and responsive and professional. He had a very good raport with the presiding judge (over in Aiken County).

In my case, Texas Tech University's Office of Student Conduct and Resolution Center were investigating allegations of Assault, Threat, and Intimidation, while Investigators for Lubbock county investigated a few criminal allegations. As someone who was looking forward to graduating, moving, and starting a professional career, I began to wonder how I would deal with these very serious allegations. I already knew that TTU has a track-record of being unfair and uncooperative when someone is accused of any wrongdoing on campus, so I became concerned that these false accusations would be upheld by TTU and that they would REVOKE all of my degrees. It did not take much thought to realize that I needed to hire Meghan, so I did. As soon as she started my case, I felt a sense of relief and comfort because I knew that I would not go through the process alone. After a few months of working with Meghan and her keeping in touch with the DA's office and the investigator, the DA's office determined that there was "No Merit" to the accusations made by the individual, so they left me alone; however, TTU refused to give it up. In fact, TTU continued pursuing this for almost an entire year. While TTU does not allow an accused individual to have representation, because, as they will continuously repeat, "this is not a legal process"; Meghan was still incremental. She communicated with TTU often, sat in all of the meetings and pre-hearings with me, and always had a game plan. Even when TTU would give us less than 24 hours to review 100 pages, Meghan was ready and prepared to answer all questions and to make corrections where needed. She worked as if it was her degrees and livelihood on the line, which I appreciated. Oddly enough, it appeared to me that she was actually liked by the people who handled my case at TTU, which only helped my case. Meghan also requested all evidence the DA's office collected to find no merit in the accusations, and she was able to retrieve it ALL. She then sent all of the evidence to TTU so that we could use it during the hearing. She also made sure that all of the information we ever sent was included in my file so that I could use it during my hearing because TTU will exclude favorable evidence. In fact, Meghan caught several mistakes made in the evidence TTU collected, evidence that we asked to be included in my file was not and should have been, and she made them change the wording or paraphrasing of key information to make it fair for me. TTU's process is not fair and they deprive people of their bare constitutional rights. I will say one thing about this experience: It takes a great lawyer to win a case, but it takes a master of the law to win a case in a world where there are no rules, rights, or fairness. Meghan is definitely a master when it comes to the law. A year later and TTU found me not responsible for the laundry list of allegations they charged me with. Not many attorneys handle these types of cases because they do not feel they can do anything because of how unfair TTU is and because they are unfamiliar with their made up rules, but Meghan certainly is not intimidated. I definitely recommend Meghan as an attorney, especially if you have to deal with TTU.

I hired Meghan in 2015 to fight an inflated DWI charge on my behalf. Not only did she resolve the case with the assistant D.A. before we ever saw the inside of a court room, but she succeeded in getting the charges dropped to a much more accurate and fair charge. Simply put, justice was achieved.

Justin and I sat down originally once I decided to attempt shared parenting. He was very helpful with discussing the process that needed to be done and the proper steps in doing so. Him and I always kept an open communication during this process which made it easier to respond to certain steps during this. Emily represented me, a GC, on my first surrogacy journey. I was nervous for the legal stage, as I had read so many horror stories from GCs about contracts not being written well and their legal representation missing things that really should’ve been changed. Emily is the best Ohio surrogacy lawyer one could ask for - smart, experienced, thorough, and responsive. Due to COVID, we never met with Emily in person but did video chats and email and it worked really well for us as we are in OH but not in Akron. We were intended parents and having her on our team was paramount. Amy has helped me with a couple different legal matters in the last few years. She helped me with the adoption of my son and was always available for the many questions I had. These last few years in have been dealing with hostage situation in the form of my Ex wife who choose to leave our marital home with our child. My previous representation IS a wreck and I had to find someone that actually could do the job.
Gina not only provided patience, logical standpoints and understanding but she also treated me like a person and not just a case or an income. Gina Grady of this lawy firm recently represented me for a case involving a divorce with children. She helped me settle this divorce, get a contempt against the children’s other parent for refusing visitation and in the end I got custody of my children because of their previously unstable living environment.
Both the firm and Mrs Grady were very professional and very responsive. They allowed me to do as much leg work as I could to help with the case and Mrs Grady would use all resources available, including conferring with other attorneys at the firm, to ensure that everything was handled and accurately and proficiently as possible.

We hired Martin and team to help us with our situation. They took the time to understand our issue with sufficient patience and provided a deep insight into causes. He and his team were able to provide a fairly illustrative prognosis over the next steps on the case. With his legal experience he was able to drive prompt resolutions and also pivot on matters as necessary to keep our (client) interest at the center of potential outcomes.
He collaborated with other legal disciplines and is always amenable to different approaches. We were completely caught offgaurd with out situation but owing to competent and professional intervention by Martin et al, we eventually were able to resolve to our benefit.
