I contracted Mr. Rentz for a criminal case in Denton County. Although he took over the case at the point it was set for a final plea, the difference was apparent from the first conversation. It was evident to me that Mr. Rentz holds a certain degree of respect in the court room that my previous attorney lacked.
After just one reset Mr. Rentz was able to work a conditional dismissal. Once I completed the required course the judge signed the dismissal and I didn't even have to return to court.
Thanks to Mr. Rentz I can get the record expunged. I would highly recommend this attorney.

Amanda helped me with my child custody case against my ex-wife. My case kept getting postponed and didn't seem like it was ever going to over. I'm thankful that Amanda stuck with me and didn't give up on me even when things got tough. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. Mr. Hennessey was my attorney many years ago, but from reading his reviews he has only continued to his greatness as an attorney... He represented me in a criminal case that started with me facing life. He always made sure to encourage me and let me know not to worry. During my case he fought so hard for my freedom and to ensure the courts treated me right that he ended up with a charge himself (which I believe was dismissed latter) for contempt of court from a shady judge. Well from that threat of life and after a lengthy trial I walked away with a sentence that was worthy of my crime. I never came to Mr. Hennessey an innocent man, I knew I did wrong and deserved punishment but Mr. Hennessey made sure that's what I got. Ive been out for some time now and have a good life now, and I honestly give Mr. Hennessey much credit for fighting so hard to allow me to have this second chance at life... There were actually 3 of us in this case and although we all had our own attorneys Mr. Hennessey fought so hard for all of us that we all ended up coming home from this case. I was struggling with my first offense and had no idea what was going to happen to me. I stressed beyond belief and I couldn't eat nor sleep.

My case was plagued with lots of police misconduct and violation of my rights. Every attorney I got was "ready" to fight or so they said until they got the retainer. All my previous attorneys wanted me to settle for ridiculous plea deals. Sean was the only attorney that was able to uncover 2 different police reports for my case and brought to light all the things the police lied about to get the case to stick. Sean is like a pit bull in the court room with still being beyond professional. This truly has to be the BEST criminal defense attorney association in Tucson Arizona hands down. THE FEDERAL KING IS KATSERELLIS LAW! I hired Kat on day 1 after a free consultation and he devoted so many hours of his time to me and I was able to go over my entire case with him and explain to him how the previous attorney I have was neglecting me and not willing to cooperate with me on anything within the interest I found best fit for my case with my brother. so within 48 hours I had an answer on a Plea, within 9 days got a plea agreement, within 1.5 Months with Kat’s word given was able to get me to court to begin the process to finish my case, and in under 90 days was able to successfully execute and close out a 6 month incarceration that was potentially looking at 33-41 months maximum. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered.
