I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward. My situation was incredibly challenging. Arnie got me the absolute best result without question.
I was charged with Felony DUI, Hit & Run. Most importantly, the injury was non-life-threatening and everyone walked away from the accident. However, I was facing jail time, a criminal record and would have to serve time in Colorado as someone who resides in Pennsylvania. I have a successful career in research and faced losing it all due to my poor decision.
I spoke with every reputable attorney in the area, including the team who represented Kobe Bryant. However, from the minute I spoke to Arnie he assured me that this was a "hiccup in life" and that I would get through it. I will never forget that, and he was right.
Arnie gathered all of the information not only the night of the accident, but of me and my personal situation, including the recent death of my father, successful contributions to society and collated the "full picture".
I flew back and forth from PA to CO for hearings and Arnie always ensured it was smooth and necessary. He constantly reassured me that everything was under control and that we would take this to trial, if necessary. As an obsessive researcher, he would agree I was a very tough client to keep calm, but his confidence and aggressive mentality was evident and reassuring. I trusted and followed his instructions as I was told.
Arnie got me the best possible and appropriate sentence, which consisted of only probation and standard DUI classes. His negotiations and discussions with the DA while providing an accurate description of me and my situation made all of the difference. I am forever grateful.

First of all from the bottom of my heart I like to thank Matt tyson law firm the entire team for being with me the entire process of my case this has been a traumatic emotional roller coaster journey. Special mention to Josh who represents my case fought for everything that I wanted in my child custody case. Jennifer Locke did the worst job representing me. There was very little communication with her during the process and when she did contact me she was yelling at me. She told me she couldn’t request items like split costs for extracurricular, life insurance, college funds, etc. She told me I couldn’t request to put in MSA yo have contact with grandparents after death. She pushed me to drop all 2 yrs of back pay and give in to extended visitation. And refused to fight for medical and psych custody, even though my ex hadn’t been in my kids lives for 2 years. It has been 2 years and I have learned from other attorneys what she did was so wrong. She just wanted the money with no work to represent me. She once put me on hold and didn’t realize I could hear her conversation with my ex’s lawyer and she was acting as if they were friends. I was told I would receive an official copy of my decree and I never received it. Only an email copy. Please please stay away.

I wish I could say nice and positive things about Ms.Locke and her paralegal Alisha. My whole experience was waiting for answers, direction and disappointment. Always conflicting and misleading information. I never felt secure in the information I was given and when meditation came it was more of a reunion and when time came to talk about my needs it was "standard" for mom and dad to have this and that rather than looking at the best interest of the child as they kept stating and his special needs. In the end I was not fully happy with what I got and felt as if I was more of a payment check for them and went to the next.
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this law firm.

In July of 2024, I was involved in a 3 car accident that could have gone terribly wrong. I was mailed multiple citations that would have ended my driving privileges. Also in the mail was an advertisement from Mr. Katz Law Office. Thank God I decided to acquire him, beacuse he was able to get all tickets dismissed due to negligence. The small fee was worth it. I'd rather have him fighting for me than to go in alone not knowing what my fate will be. I always say, money comes and goes, so pay for good representation to keep that cycle running.

Requested a consultation and rearranged our schedule to have the appointment the receptionist scheduled- the lawyer didn’t call. After 15 minutes, we called and were told that that lawyer was in court, they could reschedule us. Rearranged our schedule again and never received the call at the scheduled time again. No courtesy notice that they couldn’t make the consultation again. Very disappointing.
