While facing an extremely prejudicial command bias while on Active Duty, Taylor was not only an immense help with an extremely uncooperative local civilian investigation, but with also correcting an error with my military discharge paperwork. In both instances, Taylor's commitment to my sense of justice, my future and correcting an error (per Army Regulations, AR 635-8 and AR 601-210) have done everything towards, what I believe standing up for a Lower Enlisted Soldier. I hired Kevin Kelly In 2011 while I was enlisted in the military, stationed overseas, hadn’t seen my son in person for the better part of 2 years, and I was a single male at the time. Kevin always steered me in the right direction and warned me of all possible outcomes with my case. He always was straight forward and honest with me with everything, never leading me down a bad path once. I have a close friend who was falsely accused of a horrible crime and he and his staff handled the entire case as a real pro and got her an extremely fast acquittal from the jury. Mike is a defense attorney "force to be reckoned with"! Not only is he extremely professional, qualified and experienced, he also has an AMAZING and UNMATCHED presence and demeanor in a trial setting. To quote my husband..."Watching him in the courtroom was mesmerizing....Mike was BORN to do this!" Worth every penny!

My son had a legal issue at school, naturally I was pretty freaked out. I called Mr. Provost after being given his number by another lawyer. It was his cell phone surprisingly. He answered the phone and set up a phone consultation later that night. He called back and discussed the law, gave general information and calmed me down. I asked to meet him at his office the next day and he had me wait until the school resource officer called since it might not be necessary. He gave me advice on how to handle the conversation. It turns out that everything was OK, as he said it would be, and I did not need to even meet him. I am amazed that he was so free with his time and advice. I actually mailed a check and a thank you even though he said payment was not necessary. I am truly impressed!

I started out with a public defender in my criminal case and tthe D.A. made an offer of two years or incarceration. I hired Chris and got rid of the public defender. Robert and Robin are a team that treats you as a person and listens and acts upon your legal troubles. Robert was successful in overcoming a denied hearing loss claim with the Federal Government. His and contacts research was instrumental in getting the Governments top appeals staff (Judges, not regular appeals people) to advise that my case was clearly legitimate.
Another time Robert and Robin met me at the nursing home where my Mother was at, to notarize some important papers. They came about 15 miles on their lunch hour and didn't charge me a dime for it. Very likeable and understanding people. Will definitely go back and visit and hire for any legal matters.

Natalie made the best out of a bad situation. Divorce sometimes comes out of nowhere, and when children are involved the emotional toll that takes can be paralyzing. Natalie and her paralegal Diana did an amazing job walking me through the process with great communication and advise. If you want a honest attorney who will explain the law and not bill you your life savings, Christina will do what is right to achieve a fair judgement. Honest clients who have real concerns about their children can find a champion for such causes. Christina has and can explain our complicated and costly domestic legal system. Our child has many disabilities and the school system has been very difficult to deal with. They continuously lie and refuse to give appropriate services and adhere to the IEP. My children have benefited greatly from having had Jean attend our IEP meetings. Having her involved has meant that my children are receiving the services that they need to be successful in school. There are so many things I appreciate about her. She's professional, she's dogged in her attempts to get my children the services that they need, and she creates as little drama as possible. For a matter involving a security guard working for a well-known theater with lots of power, I interviewed 5 attorneys after reading "questions to ask before hiring an attorney" (so I was well prepared). I was charged with carjacking in Oakland, CA. Mr. Harper took my case. He worked really hard and was talking to the DA all the time. Mr. Harper convinced the DA that I wasn't there when the carjacking happenned, even though I was in the car when it was stopped by police a few days later. Mr. Harper made the police do a new line-up, and convinced the judge that the video of my police questioning was done wrong. The DA wasn't allowed to use my police interview video. At the last minute, the DA offered me a misdemeanor petty theft charge. I was sent home with credit for time served instead of going to prison. I will be thankful to Mr. Harper for his work for the rest of my life.

I have consulted with Ray on two occasions. The first time I was looking more for advice . He was very forth coming and knowledgeable. I had never needed a lawyer before and was very apprehensive. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. It turned out that I didn't need a lawyer at that time. Again, I found need of advice, and was back in his office. He was very helpful and caring but because I was not working at the time, I went with a court appointed attorney. Two times I consulted with him, never retaining him. He took the time to check on me and continued to care , even after I left his office. I pray I never need another attorney, but if I do he is the one I will call. A class act!

Mr. Hall has exceeded my expectations. My son picked up a drug charge and I thought he was going to get sentenced to some serious time. The first attorney we had didn't do anything for him, and I dropped way too much money on that guy. Mr Hall took my son's case and things started finally getting done. His office staff is helpful and knows what is happening when I call. They let me put half of the retainer on a credit card and took payments on the second half. He got my son a better deal. I wish I had called him first.

Edward handled my reckless driving case and becuase of his knowledge of the Fairfax Court System he was able to get my ticket reduced out of the reckless category. I have known Ed Cuccias for over 15 years; he is a great lawyer and good friend. I have had to call on him for his legal services and expertise on two occasions to assist my son after he was stopped and cited for Reckless Driving (Speed in excess of 25 mph over the posted speed limit).
Ed met with us and explained the seriousness of the offense and possible consequences (6 Points off his license, misdemeanor conviction and possible jail time). While a parents’ threats of the consequences for poor driving habits sometimes go unheeded, Ed’s explanation of the seriousness of these charges put the fear of God into my son. His knowledge of the Virginia State and county traffic court system, Police, Sheriffs, Highway Patrol and prosecutors makes him the attorney to call if you have any legal issue associated with driving violations in Virginia. In one case the charges were not prosecuted and in the other they were reduced significantly. (Why 2 offenses you might ask; same road, same time of day and my son late for work yet another time.)
