During the few months that my case was processed, Jason went the extra mile to help me to understand exactly what my situation involved. He took the time to relieve my concerns and explain in terms I could understand, exactly what my options were. He provided compassionate advice while accurately describing the options I had and the ramifications my decisions moving forward, could have on the outcome of my case. Ultimately we decided the best course of action was to contest the validity of the allegations. After 2 hearings in front of the judge, it was such a relief that my case was dismissed. I feel that with a different attorney I would definitely have been looking at a much different outcome. I Had the Pleasure of using Mrs. Jardine as a mediator to create a parenting plan. She was very helpful, creative,and realistic in what will and will not work. she was by far one of the more knowledgeable attorneys i had come across in my travels . also a genuinely good person . My wife and I were looking a lawyer to write our wills and we found Kyle. The first thing that sold us was his prices were incredible. I didn't think we would be able to afford a will for both of us, but because of his prices we were able to easily afford one for both my wife and I. His belief is that wills should be affordable so everyone can have one written up, and it shows.
He did an excellent job taking the time to answer all my questions and walking me through the documents that needed to be filled out. He is very thorough as well.
Not only was he great to work with, but we requested a special meeting because we are high risk for corona virus. Not only was he respectful of our request, but he went above and beyond our expectations. He provided a setting for us in which we felt respected and safe.

I recently found myself in the position of having to retain an attorney to represent my college-aged son who was facing a criminal misdemeanor charge. I was involved in an altercation and was ordered to appear in court. After getting nowhere talking to the prosecuting attorney Slade was recommended by a family friend. Slade kept me up-to-date on everything and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on matters concerning my case. The case went exactly the way we had anticipated, with NO surprises!!! I was very worried and stressed when I found myself in trouble. So I had to seek help in my case immediately. I hired Kirk Waible as soon as I heard from a friend he was a great lawyer and would fight until i was in a comfortable state with moving forward in my case. Very punctual and professional. I found he dug much further to find any evidence needed to better myself and the case of any false accusations that were held against me. As a first-time offender I had no clue what to expect or how to proceed, but luckily, I found Kirk! Kirk's experience, professionalism, and calming presence helped me get through this rough time. His confidence is what gained my trust, so I was able to put my legal situation to the side to let him take the reins. Ken returned my call pretty quickly regarding a traffic ticket and was not only willing to help me out, but even explained how to go about things myself (traffic court, mind you... not something more serious) if I was not able to afford his services. I am sure he does not have the time to do that for everyone, but he seemed very nice and was very helpful for me. At the end of the day, I expect that I will hire him just because he was so nice, so knowledgeable about the system and so helpful.

I hired Mike Hanna for a child custody case. My case was settled Jan 2020. This was my second child custody case and I needed someone that knew what they were doing and would fight for what I wanted. I had a consultation over the phone with Mike and I just knew after speaking with him that he was the one I was choosing. He is honest, he doesn’t sugar coat anything, and he will tell you how it is. He knows what he’s doing and he will fight for you. I highly recommend Mike as an attorney. If I ever need an attorney again, he’s the only person I’ll call.

Mike is a great lawyer. He is very straight forward and honest, and that is hard to find the the legal business. He tells it like he sees it, he doesn't sugar coat the truth. He is straight with you in goals and what the probable outcome of your case will be. He is honest in what he thinks can be achieved and what can't, and if he can't help you he will recommend someone who can. He has a vast expanse of legal knowledge and experience. One thing that sets him apart is that he deals with his clients directly. If you call the office you will talk with him or he will call you back. He gives out his personal cell number in case of emergencies and answers at all times. He is a hardworking man and will fight his hardest for you. Even if your case doesn't go as planned, rest assured that Mike worked tiresly, tried every avenue, and did all that could be done. His legal team is also phenomenal; I could write a whole separate page on just how wonderful his paralegals, Jan and Anny, are. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced in the law and procedures. They also work tirelessly on your case. The two of them will know your case forwards and back and will help with anything. Mike and his team are the best in the Kansas City area, both in the court room and out. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to help navigate you in your legal needs.

Mike has helped me with several cases. He helped me with my dog case when I stayed in Raytown and everything went in my favor. Then years later Mike worked my divorce case and then came back and worked my child custody case which lasted for a couple of years. I came out on top for that stressful experience. Mike is very professional and cares about his clients. So I have referred Mike to several people and just recently I referred him to my cousin, who will be using him for her divorce.
So I say Mike Hanna is the best lawyer in town not for what he did for me, but what his records show what he has done for so many others.

When I appeared before the court, I had 4 outstanding traffic tickets that varied in severity. I was very nervous due to the severity of 1 of the charges , after consultation I retained Mr. Balduf . He was very direct and he laid out a clear directive for me to follow . I provided him any information that he requested in relation to DMV documents etc... In a very short period of time, Mr. Balduf was able to have all but 1 ticket dismissed , that of which was reduced to a traffic violation and a small fine .I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for myself. If I ever need an attorney again , I will call him first.

We have had multiple traffic matters that needed to be addressed. We faced the likelihood of high insurance premiums, going to court and possible suspension of a license. William Balduf took care of our traffic matters for a reasonable rate (we had called around). We did not have to go to Court and our insurance was not affected. I highly recommend him for your DWI and traffic concerns.

Dougs the man!! hired doug for the first time about ten years ago when i young and stupid and got myself into some messes, Mr cody handled it and im still very pleased with the out come to this day. I hired Kelley for a felony theft case. My case effected my job, and I needed it cleared up quickly in order to return to work. Within 30 days of my first court date, Kelley had my case reduced to a misdemeanor deferred, so that I could return to work. Kelley worked diligently with the prosecutor and myself to get the matter resolved quickly. She has a great rapport with the DAs, and she kept me informed every step of the way. The day I hired her, I felt such relief because she has a true passion for helping her clients. Even after my case was closed, she still contacted me to make sure I understood all the requirements of my deferred adjudication and to help with anything else I may need. I would highly recommend Kelley for anyone who wants a lawyer that truly cares about the well being of their clients, extremely knowledgable about the court system and criminal laws, and has a great rapport with the DAs.

I had a felony theft case, and it effected my job. I needed the case dropped quickly in order to return to work and keep my position. I knew the minute I spoke to Kelley on the phone that I was in good hands. She attentively listened, asked questions, and showed empathy for my situation and genuine concern for my well being. Two days later we went to court for the first time and within one month my case was dropped to a misdemeanor deferred, so that I could return to work. Throughout the entire case Kelley communicated with the prosecutor and myself almost daily to get the situation resolved and keep my job in tact. Kelley helped me with a theft case that was ridiculous anyway. Not only did she explain everything that was going on, what could happen, she also made me feel instantly upon our first meeting that everything was going to be fine. I had been so stressed about this issue and when I met with her she made me feel relieved. She is extremely knowledgeable of the criminal court system, responded immediately to any questions I had, and she researched the case to the tiniest detail. I was amazed at how skilled she was and my case has been dismissed completely. She told me in the beginning that was what she was going for but that there were other possibilities. I always knew what was going on and what she was going to do each time we went to court. If you want a skilled attorney who will keep you well informed and also make you feel like you are her only client (even though you know you are not her only client) then I recommend you giving Kelley a call immediately.

Sylvia Escobedo was hired on my case for an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. She kept me informed on everything that was going on with my case. Prosecutors came to her with pleas but the pleas wasn't options for us to take. She did her job as a great lawyer for 5 months and some days. Those 5months were long and stressful and Attorney Escobedo presented my case to a Grand Jury and my case was "NO BILLED" .SO MUCH STRESS LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS!!! I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. She also was there for me through everything my mom's verbal abuse and my dad's Conservatorship that he had on me and she helped me get rid of the conservatorship. Suzanne and her team were wonderful. If you need an attorney you need to contact her. The response to my questions or concerns were always quick. Since I've never gone through something like this before it's exactly what I needed. I didn't want to sit and wait for answers. There was so much to deal with Suzanne and her team were on top of everything. She would let me know if she was going to be out of town but that didn't slow down her replying to my emails. Just outstanding service and respect from the entire staff. She was also a calming influence when the other attorney was slow to move things forward. She could tell I was getting anxious. She'll be upfront and honest about what can happen, even if it's not what you want to hear. She won't promise something if she's not certain she can deliver. She and her firm are some of the few attorneys in the Memphis area who understand what to expect and what to do in a domestic violence situation.
My case was both contentious and complicated (involving 2 states), but she took charge after being hired mid-case and worked at warp speed (as far as courts are concerned). I never once set foot in a court room until the final hearing where my divorce was granted. I still consult with her and her associate as things come up, as I still have a little guy to protect.

Teana Watson handled my sons juvenile case, which was originally two felonies and two misdemeanors. When my sons court date came it was dropped down to only two misdemeanors. This was an amazing outcome because my son is very active in sports and school and he made a bad decision. Teana asked the judge for deferred adjudication and the judge was very hesitant because of the charges.
