I am speaking as the second generation of my family to have worked with Lowry & Lowry Planning. This time period goes beyond the past 20 years. Ben Lowry is an excellent attorney hired to handle the estate of my father-in-law after his passing. Ben immediately got the process started, walked us through all the steps, promptly and thoroughly answering all our questions along the way. I contacted Lowry & Lowry regarding how an existing trust from out of state would operate in Kentucky. The questions were answered promptly and with pertinent details. We further asked for a trust review to determine if getting the trust reformatted for Kentucky would make sense. While we ultimately did not do so, the information provided was very detailed and thorough. If the need arises again, I would not hesitate to use them for any estate planning purposes.
