We had the pleasure of having Ben Lowry, of Lowry & Lowry PLLC, prepare our Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Will Declarations and Funeral Planning Declarations. Ben explained all of these documents to us thoroughly and clearly. Ben is razor sharp! But also a really personable guy. He covered all of the necessary issues - we declined a few of his suggestions but so much appreciated that he made us aware of all our options. We would HIGHLY recommend Ben Lowry - he is smart, he is friendly (plus has a great sense of humor!) and he "got the job done." I was referred to Ed Lowry by a friend to settle an estate. I called their office during lunch time, and Ben Lowry happened to answer my call. Ed Lowry was out of town, and Ben said he could help me. I made an appointment for the following day for a consultation. Ben explained his background, and experience. I was a little uneasy since he was a young attorney, and Ed Lowry was the one referred to me, but I signed up that day. He immediately got the ball rolling, and filed everything within a couple days. I have to say he is very knowledgeable of the law, and in a timely professional manner settled this estate without any problems for me. I know hiring him was a great decision. Not only did Ben handle the estate planning for my brother, he also handled the estate for me and my husband. He was always so nice and professional.
