When I needed a probate attorney and didn't know one in Louisville, another attorney recommended Ben Lowry, of Lowry & Lowry. I contacted him first through the website and followed up with an email. My inquiry was answered promptly. I live in a foreign country and had just lost my mother and was pretty stressed. Ben listened to the details of her will and advised me that there was an easier way to handle it than going through the 6 to 8 month probate process. For a flat fee, which was extremely reasonable, he suggested a Petition to Dispense motion, which he said would only take about a month, once I had supplied him with all necessary documents. During the process, Ben answered every email and phone call promptly and knowledgeably. He had a sense of humor when it was appropriate, and compassion as well. In the end, the process took less than a month and I am extremely satisfied with the results and with the services rendered by Ben and his firm. Thank you Ben!

Thank you Sarah Jane Dufour for helping me when my daughter and I was involved in a semi-truck accident while we were driving to a concert. My life was turned upside down after we were hit by an eighteen wheeler truck about a year and a half ago.
