Terrible service. Said small package would be delivered next day for cost of $48! Sent on Friday morning around 11 am and won’t arrive until at least Monday.

Every time you call this store you get put on hold and then the staff forgets you on hold and then you gotta call back again and they put you on hold again. Is this what you call Customer service ?

Best UPS store ever. They are always super nice and their prices are fair in compares to other UPS stores ( franchise ones). I live in prospect and we have a ups store close to my house but We always driving to 9462 in Brownsboro rd.
