The staff is awesome!!!

I had an Amazon return that I dropped off at this store. It was simple and easy! I walked in with my items and presented the barcode. They scanned it and then gave me a receipt. The staff wore masks and there were social distancing signs on the ground. They also had a clean pen and dirty pen boxes to keep everyone safe.

Very friendly and courteous service during this especially busy time.

Tonight I had the pleasure to meet Coleman Rogers. He went above and beyond to assist me. These guys work hard and always put the customer first. Everyone I've been in contact with has always been very friendly and helpful. (Even at closing time).

Staff I have encountered have always been polite and helpful, until I had a problem. Then I was passed around for a couple of days, made numerous phone calls, and STILL have no acceptable resolution. I went into this store to overnight a package. The cost was $46, was assured the package would be delivered the following day. The package was then transferred to USPS and was delivered 4 days later. In the mean time I was out of pocket an additional $339 due to non delivery. I asked for the shipping cost to be refunded. Nope! They say go thru USPS. Had I wanted to use their services I would have gone to the post office instead of this store!

Just came back from an appointment to get my fingerprints taken. The scanner was being difficult, but the guy who helped me was so friendly that I didn't even mind

Had great service from Kurtis. I believe he is the manager. After dealing with a horrible PNC Bank, who refused to notarize a vehicle title, Kurtis jumped right in, and took care of us! Service with a smile. I will be addressing PNC bank separately. Thanks Kurtis for helping us out!

Said open til 3 on New Year’s Eve but we got here and it closed at noon. Fail.

I get there at almost closing but the very nice person stayed a few minutes late to help me get the package shipped. Excellent customer service!

I needed a legal document from the State of Delaware notarized. The girl wanted to change the name of county on the legal document before she notarized it. I advised she could not change the name of the county of DE in the body of the legal document! Her job is to witness my signature and notarized the document, NOT change the context of the document. If she wanted to put "Jefferson County" on the document do it by your signature, NOT change the LEGAL document. It's not your job to read my paperwork, your job it to witness my signature!!!
