Wantland Law helped me through a wife that just didn't want to go away. Despite repeated requests, she just didnt want to go, and wanted a ridiculous amount of money if she did have to go (trust me, she HAD to go...she was as exciting as a wet dishcloth). She was good at first, handling my disability case. But after the hearing, which we had to do by phone, she rushed me out of the office even though she said she would talk to me afterwards. I got denied and Jennifer said Molly would look at the letter and get back to me. A lot of time passed, so I tried calling. She never returned my calls. So, I found her email on her site and emailed her asking if I needed to find another lawyer. She called me finally and was a bit rude with me and told me she’d file one more appeal. I didn’t hear from her again until my denial. She sent me a letter saying she wouldn’t represent me anymore. I don’t understand why she got suddenly weird and evasive. Others who’ve been through disability thought it was weird, too. One friend told me he got it and had only one issue I have and I have a few more that are documented, one being from a pain doctor who told me not to be lifting anything. She didn’t even mention the neuropathy in my hands from the neck issues to the judge, and that’s part of why I got denied. One of the jobs they incorrectly claimed I could do would be affected by that. The other two would have been affected by the cognitive issues caused by my mental illness. She didn’t mention that during the hearing either. I get the feeling she just wanted me out of the office. On my way out, there was a woman in her lobby practically falling asleep in a chair. Molly was clearly more interested in helping her. I’m glad others had a better experience with her. Mine ended very poorly. It’s bad enough being in this condition. It makes it worse when someone you seek for professional help is somewhat rude and abrupt with you. Now I have to start all over because it seems she rushed through it. This means I have to get rediagnosed and wait on insurance to approve MRIs, which they keep denying because I had them a few years ago.

Currently using this firm and have enjoyed the experience.

Molly was absolutely fantastic. She took care of everything. I thought this would be a stressful time trying to get approved for disability but she made it stress free for me.
