The experience I had with Christy Penton far exceeded my expectation. She was so helpful every step of the way. I have had experience with other lawyers but not like this. She is down to earth, casual and makes you feel like every question you ask is important. I as more comfortable with her than I am with other family members who are also lawyers. Do yourself a favor and go to one of her seminars. You will not regret it.

Christy Penton and the Penton Law Center made the estate planning process so easy that I wish we'd done it a long time ago.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! He is VERY unethical and will demand you keep replenishing your retainer before he quits on you. Will not call you to discuss your case because he does not know the law. He withdrew from my case the day before my hearing after stealing another $4,000 from me. He is very confused in hearings and cowers to opposing counsel. Brett made very costly errors on my case that he did not own up to and kept the money that he cost me. He will not file a motion in your favor because he keeps all of your money that is meant for court costs. Brett Duncan is a licensed criminal. Do not use him!

He took my case and quickly assured me that he would have no problem working out the details and would keep me posted.
